The hostess said we were the boss--they'd get us whatever we needed, water, hot tea, hot chocolate. Very friendly environment, didn't feel rushed, and altogether a wonderful experience. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I left this salon really unhappy, I totally came in with an open mind, but wasn't very satisfied with the service in the end. I came in to get a full set of gel nails, and not only were they done poorly, but they burned and cut multiple fingers with the drill! Some nails are dramatically longer than the others, and I had to peel some of the nails back from my skins because she had glued them to the fingers. My friend's nails were drastically shorter than even what she came in with because the gal kept messing up and having to cut them. All in all not to happy with the service and definitely will not be returning. The ladies were super nice though! read more

As a nurse, I appreciate how clean this place is! I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure, which were expensive but worth the money as it easily lasted 2 weeks without a blemish and gels are allowed in my hospital as they do not collect germs the way regular polish does. Worst mani/pedi ever. They could not even tell you if they had matching gel and regular polish colors for a matching mani/pedi. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, but after seeing the lack of care in shaping my toenails, I opted for a regular manicure. Rather than soaking off the old gel color they used a bowl of acetone in combo with an electric nail sander/filer. Faster for them, but horrible for your nails. The manicure was worse than than the pedi - no two nails are shaped the same and the polish has sloppy edges. read more

Went into this place for the first time today & I loved the the way they treated my mom and I, we felt welcomed and were seated quickly on the massage chairs / soak bowls. (We both got a pedicure)(Complementary hot chocolate, tea & water was nice) So MANY colors to pick from! Great brands too. The ONLY reason I'm give them a 4 star rating was because I wish they would've gone under my toe nails and cleaned under there a bit more. read more

I went to get my nails done for the first time and was very disappointed. They turned out very bubbly/round/thick. I also told the lady I wanted them rounded/oval at the tips and I got square and that I wanted them longer than my natural nail and they are the same length. They are also lifting from my natural nail, one has a bubble and two nails have polish peeling. Many of them do not have polish on the sides of the nail either. I came home with my pinky really hurting too, it turns out she filed my skin raw. The whole time she was very distracted, looking at the other ladies while taking to them instead of at my hands and getting up to help other people while she was supposed to be doing my nails. I felt the job was very rushed and not well done. I do not want to go back because I was hurt and the nail files looked like they had been used for weeks. Now I have to pay again to get them taken off or fixed. read more

I went in to CT nails with my sisters it was a Sunday and I know nail salons are usually packed on Sundays. So we made sure to make an appointment days before especially since my oldest sister and I where driving down to see our little sister and take her out for her birthday. The last thing I wanted to be doing was waiting hours to get our nails done and miss our dinner reservations. Once we walked in we could immediately see that they where packed and understaffed. But they insisted on taking us anyway, we waited 20 minutes to get in a pedicure chair and I reminded them when they sat us down we had three pedicures scheduled one manicure, one full set and a fill. I then re asked if they where sure they would have time for us. They again insisted they would have time and not to worry. We waited a full HOUR AND A HALF before we even had our feet touched we where already extremely frustrated by this point. When they finally scrambled to finished our pedicure it was already 5 keep in mind we got there at 3pm. Not to mention during our pedicure the techs put hot towels on my sister and I, followed by what seemed to be the manager yelling at them for doing this even though it's in the description of the pedicure we paid for. It seemed that they where bringing in random people to help out with the ridiculous amount of people they had there who didn't seem to know what they where doing(lucky me i got one of them for my manicure). During our pedicures we kept telling them we had other services scheduled with them and they seemed more and more surprised every time we told them. When they finally finished our pedicure they then took me to a chair to start my manicure while my youngest sister started her full set. They then told my older sister it would just be a couple minutes before they started her fill. This was of course a lie, the lady who was suppose to be starting her nails in a "couple minutes" had just BARLEY started this girls acrylic full set. When I sat down to get my gel manicure I told the lady to not cut my nails and that I am trying to grow them out and i just want them slightly shaped. She then started drilling my nails causing them to crack all over the place. And instead of just cutting them off or even filling the cracked nails she just put gel nail polish over them to cover it up?! Like are you serious? There where see through spots throughout my nails, along with the polish sloppily put on, and it hardly covering my full nail. We then waited another hour for my sister to just get her nail color drilled off and no fill done at all. by this time we had already missed our dinner plans and goal time to drive home. We then waited ANOTHER HOUR before they finished my sister full set. What a joke of an establishment, I am now having my nails chipping and ripping off due to their ridiculous services and SHITTY manicure. We finally left CT nails around 7:40pm at night and just a reminder we showed up at 3pm. RULE OF THUMB DO NOT TAKE WALK INS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SERVICES SCHEDULED AND ARE CLEARLY UNSTAFFED. DO YOUR SELF AND YOUR NAILS A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM CT NAILS. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! sloppy polish change. I was sitting there and every time I looked up within the first 5 min I had someone new working on my nails. The guy who did my nails was rude when i said there was a whole edge of my nail that wasn't painted. His response "its only a little bit" , excuse me! I'm paying for this it should be done correctly. I had called earlier in the afternoon and was quoted $20 for polish change, my co-worker who went there two days ago paid $21 yet when I told them that they said no that is wrong its $25. When the guy was putting on the polish there were 5 people standing around watching. The guy who did my nails just rushed through everything, did not even check if he applied it properly or not. Fastest and worst manicure. aPoor service, poor customer service and these staff members need more training!! What a disappointment. read more

Don't ever go here!! This place is HORRIBLE! It's so cheap AND I was lied to about the price. My friend and I went for Mani&Pedi's after work and I asked the lady specifically how much it was for a Gel Mani and a Gel Pedi and we were told that it was $30. We thought that was a nice deal, but we were lied to. When we paid for everything we were both charged $60!! After specifically asking how much a Gel mani and pedi was! Ridiculous!! Another reason why you should NEVER go here is because they completely jacked up our toe nails and our finger nails. None of my toe nails are cut straight. They all are cut diagonally so one side of the nail is shorter than the other. Also, they cut our big toe nails in a rounded shape which will cause in-grown nails over time. When they were scrapping our heels, they were very very rough, even though our feet weren't even cracked! As for the manicures...they didn't even paint the entire nail!! They only painted 3/4 of the nail. They also cut my cuticle so close to my skin that they made me bleed. After doing that, all the lady did was put water on it and kept painting. Then, when I was trying to put my hand under the light for the Gel nail, one of my fingers got bumped and the paint smudged. I showed the nail lady and she did NOTHING. She just repainted over it with more polish! Like you're not going to fix that?? For the end result, the gel on my fingers started chipping off right away. I got my nails done on Wednesday, the Gel polish chipped completely off by Saturday. That's NOT worth $60 AT ALL!! Also, the ladies who did our nails completely rushed us because they were there past 7 which is when they closed. We walked into the shop at 5:50 and were rushed out at 7:10. I understand not wanting to be at work longer than you have to be, however, in this industry, you want your customers feeling happy when they leave. Not like they were just ripped off for crappy service. This place is a complete JOKE! Do not ever go here if you want quality work. Extremely overpriced for the effort that they put int their work. I will never, ever, go here again nor will I recommend people to go to this "salon". read more
