I asked if they had beeswax in their was, they said no. So I went in got waxed, it went pretty well. The next day o broke out in serious hives, I went to urgent care. I called them again and asked them to check what was in there wax and yes there is beeswax in their wax. They didn't offer a refund or to make it better they just did I should try their different wax that they said doesn't have beeswax on it. But I'm not taking my chances. Will never go back there. I spent almost 1.5 weeks covered in hives. Also- the hair started growing back a few days later- like they broke the hair and didn't pull it out. So I went through it all for nothing. I have had waxing done for the past 12 years and never had an experience like this- I will be going back to Waxing the City- it's more expensive- but they use quality products. read more

Skip this place. Drove there and called to get info and pricing. I actually saw 2 young ladies at the front desk talking and looking at their phones. No-one answered the phone. Super nice and clean facilities. The staff is super friendly. I felt like they did an excellent job waxing. I also love their products. They are simple and aren't scented which I love. To much scent gives me migraines. They are very reasonably priced and get you in and out without making you feel rushed. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get waxed. I really enjoyed my visit. My eyebrows came out looking just how I wanted them to. I did the eyebrow makeover which wasn't on the menu picture I uploaded but it is on their website. Faith was AMAZING!!! This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was soooo scared of the pain and just about her being down there. But she made me feel so calm and reassured that I didn't need to feel awkward or embarrassed. She talked the whole way through it and chatted so it didnt feel as weird. I was a walk-in client in July. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed before a trip overseas. They weren't able to get me in right away, but they had an available appointment within 2 hrs. so it gave me plenty of time to get some dinner and come back. I was very impressed with the service I received and loved that they offer a buy 1 get 1 free if you schedule your next appointment then and within a certain timeframe. Worked for me and I was just as pleased with my second appointment. I'm not one to schedule appointments regularly, but I will be back in the future. read more

It's much more worth it to drive down to European Wax Center than to go here. Radiant Waxing (or Lunchbox Wax or whatever they're called) doesn't have good customer service, their waxing services aren't that great, and their prices are unreasonable compared to other waxing studios. They don't even have good hard wax. If you arrive 4 min late and it takes them a minute to look you up in the system, they cancel your appointment for being 5min late even if there are no other appointments behind you. I sat in my car for 20min trying to rebook and no one else walked in. Their waxing services often leave behind patches of hair, which is so awful because I don't want to pay their prices for a wax when European Wax Center is so much better and better priced. I'm going to start going back to EWC even though it's a long dive because they are so much more friendly, better priced, and do a much better job. read more
