I had messaged them through Instagram to get a…read morequote and tell them what I wanted ($250 and I wanted and ombré) day of my appointment I show up the lady there told me they were not able to do the ombré did not give an explanation on why just said it couldn't be done so I just went for a full black extensions she asked how much o had been quotes I told her $250 the process was 2 hours long and the whole time I was never showed how it was coming out at the end I wanted to touch the hair and I was told not to touch since she would be taking a picture. I was ok with that but again I was not shown the result of the extensions. So I paid and left keep in mind this was my first time getting these types of extensions so I had no clue how much hair was needed or how it was supposed to look so I get home start to feel the hair and notice it is a small amount of hair my natural hair is about and inch above my chin so I text them again letting them know the hair amount is not enough for the length of hair I have (see pics) they respond and say I need 2 to 3 extra bundles of hair and the "promotion" (never told there was a promotion) only covered that amount of hair that was put on. What confuses me the most is as a business owner or employee knowing that I needed extra hair why in the world was I not told or why wasn't I offered to buy more hair (make some more money) you hear of people over selling but this person didn't even try to sale me more hair when I needed it. Their instagram is very deceiving the extensions done on other people with shorter hair than mine came out great but mine was a total disaster wasted my time and money. She's right in the center of all the food, coffee and shopping places I frequently go to. The salon is super clean and the very well designed. I believe the super high ceilings keeps the chemicals and heat away from you. I only got a hair cut but I wasn't bombarded with any toxic or hot air. When she did my shampoo it was nice to look at the pretty tree painted skylight. We talked about possible styles... no too short but still enough to get rid of my horrible split ends. I've been going to cheap places like Supercuts unfortunately. It's a complete 180° experience. Samm is an artist and a true stylist. I let her do her thing and I am absolutely glad I did. I came in a hot mess mom and left feeling so pretty and confident! She even did some loose curling after the blow dry which no one has ever offered and gave my hair that "wow" factor.
