This is my second time in and I love Mary. She was very nice and talked to me during my pedicure which I loved. I hate feeling awkward but she made me feel welcomed. I got the deluxe pedicure and got the hot towels and hot stone along with a massage. will definitely be back and ask for her again! read more

Excellent service! Very friendly staff. Love their vibe. Always ready to help us when we walk in the door.

Very clean! Professional establishment, they do a really good job. This is my new spot for sure.

I wish they would do what I ask for. I keep giving these guys another chance and I don't know why. I went in with my mother and they started both of us just to let us sit with our nails soaking while they took new customers. When I get a full pedicure they beat up my legs and feet. Even when I tell them to stop and that it hurts they just keep on. Got a fill and manicure today and was asked if I want a snowflake? I said sure They bring out some cheap sticker and I said I don't want that I want it painted on Was told no this is better and got some cheap sticker with weird green marks also No explanation of why cheap sticker is better read more

I came to these guys for about two years Tracy was awesome. I took a break, went to school worked full-time, and came back to do a fun Halloween set. I saw a different person than the usual and got nothing that I asked for. They overcharged for trash and I didn't even get a friendly conversation out of the mix. Save your money and go somewhere else. Wish zero stars was an option. read more

Terrible experience!!! We got a mani and pedi with paint and when the manicure paint dried it wrinkled due to something they put on the nail. They removed all the nail polish paint to try again because they looked so bad but we didn't want to sit for another hour so we didn't let them repaint the nails. We asked for a discount because we didn't get what we asked for and they refused to give us a discount for their mess up. I made a big deal about it because I want what I paid for and a customer should not be treated the way they treated us. Since other customers could hear the situation they started pushing us out the door and I mean pushed us out of the door down the sidewalk! The were extremely rude about the situation, made us pay full price for their mess up and then pushed us out. I will never be going back and neither will my friends and family! read more

Went in for a simple pedicure, the man cute me TWICE! Then proceeded to do nothing about it or even apologize. I then asked for a discount being that he cut 2 of my toes and made them bleed... but no.... full price and wouldn't accept card even though they said I could pay with card at the very start... awful place read more

Only one star because I couldn't give it 0. For your own sake please do not go here. Upon arrival I mentioned I wanted a regular pedicure without gel nail polish. After being rudely yelled at by employee for not wanting gel I was firm in my decision that I wanted regular polish. The guy doing my pedicure seemed frustrated and began taking it out on me. He began applying gel nail polish after I repeatedly said I wanted regular nail polish. He proceeds to get polish all over my skin and removed it with a NAIL FILE. After he finished painting my toes he gave me a wax treatment (that I never asked for). After the treatment he noticed he had missed a couple spots on my toe nails and he went back in (in a rush) and cured a big glob of top coat without evenly distributing it across the surface of the nail. I was severely up charged because of all the stuff i never asked for and the service was TERRIBLE. Please never go here. read more

Very pleasant service and high quality pedicure here. Will not be disappointed, guaranteed.

I have not found any better nail salon in South Ogden since the last 5 years!! The location is perfect, and my nail lady is known as "Van". I've been having my nails done with her over the past three years. She never fails to make everything the best!! And I always recommend Van to all my friends at Weber State and my ward, and all of my friends in Utah!! read more

Went in for a fill and color change and was told I didn't need a fill, which I appreciated them telling me, but they also tried to charge me for the fill I did not get. A polish change does not cost $30. The polish they did was sloppy and they did not even try to reshape or get all of the previous color off. They also did a new full set on my friend, and put the wrong nail size on their middle finger and did not even try to fix it, just did polished it and called it good. Our initial experience here was great, but after today, I will not be going back for anything. read more

Tracy does a great job every time she does my nails i am never disappointed. There prices are very reasonable and they can do most all nail shapes and styles. Today tracy did an ombre nail for me and it turned out amazing; exactly how I wanted them to look. read more

All around awful experience. From the pedicure to the full set. The outcome of the full set was an absolute joke- he told me no to everything I wanted and forced me to get foil. He couldn't get it to stick. It was lumpy and bubbly and one of my fingers only had half the foil on it (it was not a cute abstract take on a design, he just straight up thought I wouldn't notice). My toes had gel cured to the ends of them (like my tip toes had gel on them. WTF?) It was like a bad dream but in real life. I drove over to Jenny's nails to have them fixed immediately after because they were that rough. Go anywhere but here. read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in four years and some of my girls invited me to go. Being excited as heck I said yes and we headed to Sunflower Nail and Salon. The lady who helped me was super nice and made me laugh, but did more talking then working. My friends we're going to get done before me so on my right hand she ended up rushing and all of the nails came out crooked. I also have a huge clump of acrylic under one of my pinky nails. The color is lumpy, and she made them look as if they were a week grown out already. Don't get me wrong, she's so nice, but if I pay $50 then I want to get my moneys worth. read more

Thank you for redoing my toes. Mary was very nice and didn't mind . I hope people relize that when getting a pedicure or manicure you want it to be perfect and how you like it . I agree but don't ever come unglued on a nail artist if you are not happy with the results. Ask nicely and tip good because you always come out winning in the end . Thank you again Mary you are appreciated. read more

So my friend and I decided to try this Sunflower nail salon yesterday, September 4, 2015. Our experiences were not great and the quality of the work was really poor. I got a full set and a pedicure and my friend got a manicure. The lady working on friend made her bleed, as she cut around my friends middle finger, and she didn't apologize or even offer a discount. The lady that did my pedicure was working incredibly fast trying to move on to her next customer doing a shitty job on my pedicure. Though I didn't feel an sharp pain, Today, 9/5/2015, I noticed my left big toe is slightly sore on the outer left side and as I looked closer I noticed that there is a small red spot. I believe the lady working on my toes cut me and I didn't notice as much yesterday due to my high tolerance for pain. All I felt yesterday was pressure. My over all opinion based on the work done on my friend and I, and the observations I made yesterday is that this place sucks. Staff were focused on quantity of clients serviced versus quality. There were only three women and one them kept taking on the walk-ins. And with each addition, the women worked faster and faster which is why they did a shitty job on our nails and probably other people's nails too. Another thing I noticed is that they aren't too keen on cleanliness and sanitation. The foot tubs were not properly disinfected between each customer. My tub had grey water droplets on the walls and the table were I got my full set done had old nail dust filed off from a previous customer. Yuck! My friend and I should've walked out of there after being told to wait despite having called in before and made an appointment for 4:45pm. We arrived on time for our appointment and waited 30mins before any work was done on us. Total time at salon: 2hrs 15mins. Quality of work: Piss Poor I give one star because the woman did some work. Would I go back? NEVER! And I don't recommend this place if you're looking for quality work where you health and safety is of upmost concern! If you want fast and don't care about cleanliness... Then this is the place but don't complain about your shitty nail job... read more

Horrible experience. Absolutely gross. "Nail dust" everywhere, crap everywhere. Employees were arguing amongst each other. As I was getting my gel nails done there was a lot of huffing and puffing and eye rolling in regards to other employees actions. They had to redo the woman's nails next to be because they just did glitter without asking and she was like that's not what I asked for. It was AWFUL! Never ever ever again! I almost walked out mid manicure and I should have. Gross! read more

Wow, well let me say " if you dont have anything Nice to say, dont say anything at all" LOL I'm not from around here so this doesn't apply to me. This place is a joke, if they wanted to give Asian Nail techs a Bad name they sure succeeded. Holy Cow, I am not sure a single on is actually trained to do nails and they sure as heck NEED Quality and Customer Service Training. This place needs to be investigated by Weber Health Department. read more

Most painful pedicure I've ever had. He hurt my feet with an intense massage on the bottom of my feet. When I told him it hurt he said, 'no pain, no gain!'. He also cut my foot! And, super bad paint job. Yikes! Maybe I'm a wimp, but it wasn't the relaxing pedicure I was looking for! read more

If your looking for a fast and good place to get a pedicure or you nail done, this place is one of the best. No matter if you have an appt. or not you'll get in. We had a bridal party on a Friday night. They closed down the shop for our party. The service was great and it was a very fun crew. They were able to do nails and toes for 17 people including some premium pedicures in 3 hours. Everyone looked fabulous on the way out. We had a great time. Special shout out to the lady who helped with the little girls. She did such an amazing job making them feel special. We will definitely be back. read more

This establishment is terrible. I knew my feelings about their skill, attitude and end product was accurate when I showed my husband and he gave me a look and said "we will research a better spa". I am a veteran of nail spas and Sunflower is what I would consider a typical "chop shop" parodied regularly online. These ladies rushed you through your mani and pedi insisting the could add this or that for a few dollars more. Their technique sloppy and rushed and customer service rude and chilling. Having recently moved from out of state from a highly professional spa I was horribly disappointed when I had to argue with them about what products I had on my nails and why didn't I want the Shellac product also? I proceeded to be yelled at for asking a younger technician to clean the errant polish around my toes. I will never return. read more

The staff is amazing and very friendly every time I come in! They always do really great work!! This is my definite go to pedicure spot!

I was trying out different places to do my nails, and this is one of the worst places I have gone too. They had terrible service, and the nails that they did were so thin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! read more

This was by far the worst waxing experience I've ever had!! First of all I'm 6 months pregnant and this lady was having me help hold and pull my legs which was very hard for me to do!!!and then she even had me help hold My lips and everything getting my hand all sticky from the wax!! And then lastly but I guess this was my fault for assuming they used the new type of wax but they used honey wax and it was so painful!! I knew I made a mistake by going there within the first 5 seconds of her doing it but it was to late to go back!! Oh and one more thing she even said oh I can't get this part you need to go home and shave it!!! Excuse me but that's the reason I get waxed is so I don't have to shave it it let alone one of the most important parts of a Brazilian wax!!! The whole I just kept think how I will never ever be coming back to this place!! read more

Most painful pedicure. The guy actually bruised the bottom of my feet. I asked him to stop and he just laughed at me and kept going. I went in for a pedicure and he wouldn't let me pick the brand of polish. He used some Asian brand that ended up being TERRIBLE! He sanded my nails down so so thin and after allowing my nails to dry for about 4 hours it all wiped completely off in my sheets. Turns out he used some gel polish with no top coat to cure it. I didn't even bother going back to have them fix it. It's been a month since I got that pedicure and my nails are still so dry and thin and peeling. I am so upset that one visit could do so much damage. Do not waste your time here. read more

STAY AWAY! My two daughters went yesterday for manicures at 4 pm. One of my daughters had gel polish removed and asked for a regular manicure. Two hours later, the polish was completely peeled back on all 10 nails (not chipped, COMPLETELY peeled back). She went back this morning to ask for a refund of the manicure, as she was heading home on a flight and did not have time to have the manicure re-done. She was rudely refused and the staff insisted that the issue with her polish was because she "did not get a gel manicure." We have all had many manicures (both regular and gel)- even if done with regular polish, it should last more than 2 hours and not completely pull away from your nails. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sunflower. The prices are way more expensive than the friendlier and better services that can be found at other nearby salons. read more

Been here a couple times for a pedicure. The polish selection is minimal, the massage chair was broken, and I had too wait longer than normal. The foot tub water got cold by the time they started my pedicure. read more

I would not recommend. Probably the most painful pedicure I have ever had. Also, I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure & they took other clients before finishing with me. I didn't have time to get my pedicure. read more

I made an appointment for my friend and I to have a shellac manicures. They didn't give me a manicure at all (no hand soak, no trimmed cuticles). The lady who did my nails put the shellac nail coats on way too thick, and she got polish all over my cuticles. They also charged me $20! I've been to many other salons that charge about $20 for a full manicure and between $12-15 for just a polish change. Would not ever come back here or recommend this salon. read more

I think I had reviewed this place and liked it after I went and had a nice experience with a lady that was working there one night, but this experience I had today was so bad I feel like people should know . Not only was the lady on extreme rush mode while she did my nails , squeezed another lady in, and eyed the next people walking in as she rushed more but she also cut me several times . I'm posting a photo of the gel polish disaster I got but basically some parts of the nails don't even have polish and there's so much gel polish on my skin and cuticles. I seriously left in tears as I am going on vacation tomorrow and I don't have time to get it fixed so now I go through vacation with this shit show of nail work or I have to get them REDONE on VACATION! You may think "why didn't you have her finish it" but when it takes 45 minutes for her to just polish your damn nails because she's doing someone else's nails at the same time (even though you were there before them) you wouldn't have either . It seriously looks my little sister polished my nails and the worst part is its gel so it's not like I just go home and repolish it . I'm so upset . Oh and I paid for a "manicure" but all I really got was a mega fast file, cuticle pecked and skin cut , literally one swipe of lotion and a polish nightmare . read more
