Worst pedicure I have ever received I had strange floaties in my water, they were plenty more expensive than other locations for half the work. The gel polish was all over my toes so messy I had to come home & CLIP off the excess because there was so much. Would never recommend this place. read more

The person that did my toes did a very sloppy job. My gel pedicure is very uneven, you can tell near the edge of my big toe that huge globs were applied. I wonder if they are trained and licensed. The rest of my toes are also uneven and I have nail polish outside my toes. The water was also really hot, it burned me, I had to tell them to cool it down. Then the wax thing they put in your foot also burned me, she was rubbing it across my shins and it stung so bad that I had to tell her to stop. Then they put those bags around my feet and I just mustered that pain away instead of saying anything since this would be the third time I'd be complaining. I didn't understand the lady doing my toes either, I knew she was asking me a question but had no idea what she was saying which made me feel terrible. Then I told them I wanted the $35 package but they charged me for $40, I honestly didn't even want to argue or point it out since there's a language barrier. I stumbled upon this place by accident. Not very busy of a day. The owner and other staff were very friendly and respectful to customers. I was so pleasantly pleased with my nails when they finished. They were so natural looking. I got talked into getting a pedicure done as well to match my manicure. So glad I did it! My finger nails and toe nails looked so fabulous. I went in for a gel manicure on a weekday and was immediately greeted and sat down to start. The lady who did my nails, I missed her name, was very nice and did exactly what I wanted and the shape was perfect. The manicure took under an hour to complete. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that they weren't very conversational and one of the nail technicians was snacking at her desk right next to us. Overall, this salon is fast and efficient if that's what you're looking for. read more

Don't go to Nails & Pedi. So on Sunday I wanted to get my nails done, so I looked up nail salons and all of them closed @4:00 or 5:00pm except for Nails & Pedi. Said online that they were open til 7pm. I then called and asked if I could come in for a manicure and the lady that answered the phone said okay come on in. When I got to the nail place it said on the door that they close @5pm on Sunday's. I went ahead and went in since they told me to come and a man(appeared to be an older person) did my nails. He did them very fast and did an awful job on them. The lady that's I believe the head worker there came over to me and asked me if I could go ahead and pay, so she could close the register for the night. At this point my nails weren't even done yet. I had to reach into my purse with unfinished nails to get out my wallet and then get my card out of my wallet I was paying with. The lady then made me sign and put the tip on while my nails still were unfinished. The man that was doing my nails didn't even didn't cover my nails all the way with polish. He left lots of gaps on the sides. The worst part is I haven't even had my nails done a week and already have a chip in my polish on my right thumb. I'm very frustrated. The total with $25.00 and I left a $5 tip. I just wasted $30 on a crappy manicure. Not happy. Again don't go to Nails & Pedi on Harrison Blvd in south Ogden. This was my second time getting my nails done there and I definitely won't be going back there. read more

Do not come here my experience was the worst!! My step mom and I went to get a pedicure and we have second degree burns from the hot rocks and hot wax it was way too hot !!! On top of that they finished my toes but before they finishes my step moms nails they left her sitting there waiting and started working on someone else! You would be better off and safer just painting your own toes. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE. Unclean, over worked, short-staffed, untrained personnel. My "manicurist" first glued my finger to itself and left a huge chunk of glue under my nail. Then she proceeded to use a pointy drill to try to get the glue out and CUT me underneath my fingernail. Also, DON'T EVER go there to get artificial nails taken off! she ripped my nails off, never even attempted to use acetone to remove them, and DESTROYED my real nails!
