York Yates Plastic Surgery

York Yates Plastic Surgery

It's been 7 years since my extended tummy tuck surgery and I cannot say how life changing this…read moresurgery was! I can also not express how quality of a job Dr York Yates did! My scar is now completely INVISIBLE! My tummy now, after losing another 50 lbs, is flat, like flat flat! And I'm considering going back for additional surgeries. I recommend his services any time I hear anyone mentioning they're interested in cosmetic surgery. I traveled from California after much research to get my first surgery and I'm so glad I did. Even if you're not local, I still recommend Dr York Yates. There are some inexpensive hotels locally where you can stay and recover. Trust me, he is the absolute best and you will not regret your decision!

2/5 stars -- Honest Review: Small Implant + Lift…read more I had a breast lift with a small implant (under 300cc) and spent over $12,000 hoping for a refreshed, natural result. I'm 45, have had kids, and had lost volume over the years. I wasn't looking for huge--just perky and full again. What I got instead was... underwhelming. Yes, the nipples are higher and my chest looks better without a bra, but under clothes? It's almost like nothing changed. I still look and feel deflated in the upper pole. I still struggle with bras because my shape wasn't corrected enough for the implant to "carry" the rest. And the worst part? The doctor made it seem like I'd have this youthful, round look--but didn't prepare me at all for what happens when you put a small implant under soft, naturally sag-prone tissue. I don't necessarily regret the lift--it helped--but for the price, I expected more than subtle swelling that disappeared after a few months. If you're thinking of doing a lift with a small implant, ask: * Will it correct the upper pole volume, or will your natural tissue still droop? * Will you be dependent on specific bras just to get the look you paid for? * Are they showing you realistic before/afters for your body type--not just tight-skinned 30-year-olds? Bottom line: If you're hoping for a noticeable difference in shape and fullness, a small implant might not cut it. Don't let a price tag or a confident sales pitch talk you out of asking hard questions.

Had my first lip treatment here in Utah and was very happy with the results and the staff!…read more Pain management was topical on the lips and the injection pain was tolerable. Highly recommend Beth as the nurse injector. Beth is kind and is very patient as she talks one through the process. Beth shaped my lips to perfection! Looking forward to my next treatment.

They do not care whether their clients are happy, only whether they've been paid…read more I initially came here for a rhinoplasty consultation and immediately felt dismissed. My concerns were brushed off, and it was painfully obvious that I was being viewed as a dollar sign rather than a patient. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and did not move forward with surgery here. Unfortunately, my husband did. He paid $11,300 for a hair transplant at Utah Facial Plastics, only to be left with an uneven + unnatural hairlin. Oh, and just the other day he was asked if he had ever looked into a hair transplant, which tells you how much it didn't improve. Today was his one-year follow-up. Instead of taking responsibility, he was told: "If we did a second transplant, it would just look like it does on top." That is not the problem, Dr. Thompson. The problem is that you took $11,300 and gave someone a bad hairline, then spent a year deflecting his concerns instead of addressing a clearly subpar result. If you're considering this practice, be warned: once they have your money, your satisfaction no longer matters.
