As they do with ALL of their employees. My manger at the Layton Hills mall in Utah "Sarah Hartey" , had cut my hours out of nowhere so I asked her what was going on since we have hired a new girl yesterday and she already had more hours than I did and she haven't even been "trained" yet. She then proceeded to go downstairs to claire's to grab the assistant manager down there, with still no explanation. She comes back upstairs with the assistant manager from Claire's and tells me that people around the mall have been saying that I haven't been greeting customers which is completely false. I asked her who had been saying that and Sarah said that the assistant manager from Claires said that I didn't greet her when she walked in. Which was correct but I was actively checking out the customer and I didn't wanna cut them off and just to say hi to someone that worked here and knew what she needed in the back. I had asked her who else had been saying that and Sarah said no one else! Later that day, the Claire's assistant manager came back upstairs after Sarah had left and told me that she had no clue what Sarah wanted to talk to me about. And said that she had no part in this or what Sarah wanted her for upstairs . I tried contacting sarah's higher up. Her name is Camilla, I emailed her once, and she sent me an email back with complete gibberish that dosnt make sense. Then I proceeded to email her four more times without any response. And STILL no response, this is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that I can't even talk to someone about the situation because everyone that works at icing and Claires is immature.
