I chose one and continued looking when we were done I handed Scott my card and he rang up my bill. When I got home I realized I had been overcharged. I called Scott and tried to explain the problem however he became EXTREMELY defensive and RUDE. I told him I just wanted to get a refund for the overcharge he proceeded to call me a typical "Karen" and said he has a sign clearly stating no refund or exchange. He said he was tired of all the "mom types and Karen's" that come in and try to get discounts and I again tried to tell him I just want a refund for the overcharge and he kept on interrupting and talking over me calling me names and finally hung up on me. This store will not be getting another dime of my money and I hope everyone reading this seriously considers shopping with their dollar at a customer friendly honest local store. But that is NOT what you will find here.
