The products are ALWAYS fresh and come with expiration dates, as well as made on dates and who by! I've never, in the last decade of shopping here, had an issue where I've needed to make a return or leave due to a rude employee. Their employees are so happy and knowledgeable. I've came in a couple different times just in the last year where a couple of different employees completely turned my day around. One of those days being today! I was bummed because the candle I www after was gone, and she found one that was going to be thrown out so she just gave it to me! It was incredible and it made me so happy! The only thing I would love to see would be a rewards program of some sort (other than the recycle program) because I spend a LOT here haha! Overall definitely worth the stop in every single time, and if you're in the area and don't have a Lush near you. I would highly recommend just stopping in!
