UPDATED REVIEW!!!! In true fashion Oasis Management offered me an apology and really understood…read moremy frustrations. They once again reminded me why I am a loyal customer. Never judge a book by its cover! I would like to start by saying that Tanning Oasis is a great place to tan. They are affordable and the VIP packs are the best way to go, and upgrades are within reason. The owners are great too and have always taken care of me. Now, today is Christmas Eve. I called earlier to see if they were open and what time they closed, I also said that I wanted to get a spray tan so I was glad, they said they closed at 3. In between last minute things I hurried to make it in time. I got there at 245 and was told that I couldn't spray tan, the machine was down for maintenance. I was clearly confused because if it closes 30 minutes before why didn't they tell me 230 when I called? Why isn't that posted anywhere? Anyways, I was frustrated and all I got was an, "I'm sorry", followed with a complimentary eye roll. I did reply, "no you're not" and proceeded to my bed. Funny thing is, I wasn't going to tan today, especially that late, because it is Christmas. However, after that display I did tan, and they ended up not getting out of there until 3:15. Anyways, I was bummed but went to my room, #4, it was at that time that I overheard the two ladies talking about the situation, ending it with "it's Christmas, be nice!" Well ya know, it is Christmas and I am sorry that you have to work, but my guess is, you're getting paid. Right? I just signed up for VIP, bought a lotion, and tried to pay for an upgrade today. I think customers like me are the very reason that you have a job. If you're made you're working on Christmas Eve, find a job that isn't retail. That said, it's Christmas, I too have things to do but I wanted to use the services that I pay for, during your business hours, and i ended up inconveniencing your schedule. If you want to talk about someone, especially someone who is paying for services that out food on your table, I suggest you do it behind closed doors.

I have always been very happy, with not only the thorough job she does, and makes sure it is just how I want it. But she is very friendly and cordial and makes me feel so at ease. I always come away feeling like she took the time to make sure she got "all" the hair in all the places I wanted it taken. Today I scheduled an appointment with her again, but she had asked if I could come in a little earlier, which normally I would try to accommodate but was not able to today. She had me see another clinician instead. However, this person did not do a full "deep bikini." It was more like a very light normal bikini wax. She didn't take hardly any hair but charged me for the full deep bikini. She was friendly, but I felt did not do the job adequatley. Jenn has always taken about 30-45 minutes to do this for me, but the gal today was finished in less than 10 minutes. She left so much hair I came back home and found some old wax strips in my closet and had to re -wax my whole self again. Only I wasn't quite able to get all those spots like Jen always is able to. I came home feeling very dissatisfied and felt like I did not get what I paid for. I think all your employees should be advised to take the time and effort to make sure they are giving the services the client asks for and pays for. As for Jenn, I will stick with her, and give a big shout out to the good service she always provides.

I had been to a few other med spas for consults and was a bit unnerved that they all recommending the most intense (and expensive) treatments first, so I found it refreshing that I could see Samantha's services menu and book online (though I'm sure had I done a consult, it would've been a great experience!). The waiting area is relaxing and Samantha is so kind and obviously knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I filled out a detailed questionnaire/form which Samantha referenced throughout our first meeting and asked questions and made recommendations based on my skin and any of the problems I wanted to fix (no one-size-fits-all approach). I ended up adding on a chemical peel in addition to microneedling and have been thrilled with the results. I've now done two treatments with Samantha and plan to several more!
