Oasis Plus Therapies is my second home and honestly I think they've seen me sweat more than anyone I've ever dated. I'm there 2 to 3 times a week doing what can only be described as a full-body exorcism through science. Infrared sauna? Yes. I sweat out every bad decision I've made since 2006. Red light therapy? I pretend I'm a plant and photosynthesize my way back to sanity. Compression therapy? Like being aggressively hugged by a robot that actually cares about your circulation. Then we get to the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. If you've never laid inside a pressurized tube breathing pure oxygen and reevaluating your entire life while your cells regenerate in real time, you haven't lived. Cryotherapy? Imagine being blasted with Arctic air while questioning your life choices and then walking out feeling like a baby deer reborn into the wellness dimension. And the chiropractor? Life-changing. Every pop and crack is like a stress demon being evicted. I've left those appointments taller, lighter, and questioning whether I should propose to my spine. The staff is the best part. They're warm, knowledgeable, and somehow always know exactly what I need without me saying a word. I walk in looking like I just survived a natural disaster and leave floating like a monk who owns an ice bath and six supplements no one's heard of. This place is not just wellness. Let me start of by saying, I actually enjoyed 90% of my experiences at MassagePlus/OasisPlus. The massage therapists I've had have always been 5 stars. Service has been consistently 4/5 stars most of the time. This review is about my experience with cancellation today and with their policies or lack thereof. I believe that the employees I dealt with were just holding to "policy" and they were very nice. If the policy is different, then management should better train employees, but the employees were kind and did their jobs. My complaints are not specifically with them. I will update this review to reflect 5 stars upon a resolution by OasisPlus Therapies. If the resolution comes from my credit card company, I will leave the review as it will still accurately describe their policies or lack thereof. I had a massage scheduled today at 10am. I confirmed it yesterday at their 24 hour notice window. Upon waking up this morning, I have not been feeling well, so I contacted OasisPlus Therapies to cancel. There is no way to access their policies online after they updated their website, or at least if there is, it is not intuitive, so I could not verify their policies. I received a call to cancel during which staff informed me of the 1/2 massage price late cancellation fee. Now, I had been paying for the membership before I moved. This massage was the last one left from my membership, and it expires in about a couple of weeks. So I inquired about why I was paying again if I had already paid for this massage in full and would just be forfeiting it. Staff stated (unconfidently) that they "think" I just get charged the late cancellation fee and can use that massage before it expires. I moved an hour away. That's why I cancelled. I can't make it down there again before it expires. I understand charging people who book a massage without payment, since they allow that, but charging AGAIN, when they already have all of the money for the massage- and you are okay just forfeiting the massage is unreasonable. In full transparency, I sent the message below to their Facebook page, email inbox, and google maps inbox: "Hi. I understand the policy and agree with the charging for a massage that has not yet been paid for. But the massage I booked today was paid in full with my October membership. Katelyn is great and I appreciate her touching bases with me. However, I think it is unreasonable to charge me again for cancelling when I'm sick. I get that it's less than 24 hours notice and I understand that I could forfeit this massage by cancelling. But this massage was already paid for in full and I am okay with forfeiting that massage. I will not be able to make it in again before this October massage expires on December 5th. This was the only day I had time to drive down there as I have moved out of the immediate area and sickness in unavoidable. I'm not asking for special treatment as I understand it's short notice. However, you already have the money for this massage, so charging me again is unreasonable." read more

I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to this company. Their chiropractor is not only very loud but was inches from my face the entire appointment. I have never had a doctor put his body on top of my body ever. It was the strangest and most uncomfortable adjustment I've ever had in my life!! I was sent up on their auto pay while I was going and around November or October of 2017 we canceled with them and they stopped charging my card for our packages but just a few days ago I get a letter from them telling me they sending me to collections because I haven't payed for the last few months even though we canceled with them. read more

I just recently switched over to this salon after a year with a big corporate tanning company and this has reminded me why I choose locally owned and operated businesses. Everyone at Tanning Oasis is friendly and are very genuine when it comes to giving amazing customer service. I love everything about this salon and look forward to tanning where as before it felt like an expensive chore. I am so glad I decided to make the switch. Written in May 2015 I give 2 stars for the Versa Spa sunless tan and 3 stars for customer service. Expensive, poor tan, and the service wasn't terrible but I didn't feel like they cared about me as a customer. At all. For my Mother's Day gift this year, my husband gave me a day without kids to use while visiting Utah for my sister's wedding. We live across the country from family and since he's in the military working 12-14 hour days and often out of town or deployed, I am alone with my kids 90% of the time. I thought it'd be the perfect day to get my hair and nails done and get a quick spray tan before my sister's big day. I've had literally dozens of spray tans before but never anything called "Versa". I laid in tanning beds in my 20s and already have sun damage so I will only do spray tans and lotions now. When I signed in, I gave the girl my info and asked about the 10% military discount advertised right here on Yelp. It simply says 10% military discount, no other details are outlined. She then told me that is only when you purchase a package. I won't argue over a couple of dollars, although they really need to specify what the discount is for if they're going to advertise it. Something like, "10% military discount on PACKAGES" would be a helpful description if they're going to be particular about it. She asked if I've ever had a spray tan before and I said yes, she asked if I wanted to go light, medium, or dark, and I asked for clarification to make sure I got what I wanted. I chose medium and she told me the bed was ready. I found it strange that there wasn't any lotion or anything in the room to apply to my knees, elbows, feet, etc so they don't become too dark or splotchy, but I figured this "Versa" tan must be different from what I've done in the past and figure I'd be okay. Fast forward a couple of hours, I've followed all directions to a T and am hardly noticing a change in my skin color. A couple hours after that I could see a slight bit of color on my arms, feet, and hands but nowhere else. I decided to just give it the rest of the day and TEN hours later my legs were STILL ghostly white. My hands and feet were the most tan parts of my body, which isn't so natural-looking. Well, I really had no time left since my sister's wedding was in the morning, so before I went to bed I applied some $8 bottled self-tanning lotion to my legs. Good thing I packed it! When I woke up, my legs looked tanner and better than the rest of my body. Luckily the Versa seemed to work best on my arms/hands/feet and chest/neck area so I wasn't ten different shades, but I still consider the tan a complete waste of $28! I would have loved to have the time to go back for a refund or a voucher - not sure they would've cared enough to do anything to be honest - but I had to fly home after the wedding. I was thinking if I could go back in time I'd have chosen the dark Versa tan over the medium, but in reality, I'd just use my $8 self-tanning lotion and stay away from Oasis. read more

This is too far to become my reg spot, but after a few yrs here- still the best overall. They basically run the same coupon promos everytime (WHICH IS JUST FRIGGING NOT A COMPLAINT) they give at least one deal for 1 half off a * BIG DEAL LOTION. Like obsidion?? They make it easy to buy what you want to use which is the most important part- instead of being forced to buy what comes closest BC you can afford to buy a great product. Its expensive to tan and they genuinely try to please customers and not feed them BS.. Which makes going there even better. I can always count on them for a truly stellar deal on lotion- at a cost affordable to me ( I only wish I could tan there every single day and afford to pay month to month BC I have no cards to set up a VIP.? Oh and I may as well add a tip for great color. Mix your accelerator with the best tingle .. My Fave is SMILE YOUR DARKER WITH BOMBSHELL (the original tingle) both are designer skin and the smell is just incredible. Not to mention SMILE is like on the cheaper end and bombshell is also a great deal for such a popular great quality tingle. I never tan withought a tingle and currently RUBY is it- I can't wait for my next turn in spaceship bed = (highest level..first room.. Love. Absolutely , positively, love and adore. They offer a monthly package that is super affordable and allows you to do upgrades at a small charge or you can use your points towards a charge. I went to a salon one city south and for $32 I was being charge to use a bed I would pay without the VIP package $15. They are so knowleadge and offer a variety of beds and lotions.
