I saw that there would be a foot zone practitioner, so I signed up! The spa was very clean and organized. I got a tour after my very needed foot zone with Heidi, and even got to try the cryo chamber. I won't even lie... I felt terrified to be in an enclosed chamber, but I got through it with meditation and breath work (and my friend talking me through it). It felt really nice afterwards. The first day I was in there (Sugarhouse) they are playing explicit Tupac and families are in there with their kids. It was embarrassing. I like Tupac but unacceptable lyrics for families. I enjoyed the cryotherapy and I signed up for their services. From there I had many good cryotherapy sessions. At one point I tried to do the IV drip and they could not get me set up after 5 pokes. So, I left. My doctor the next day had no issue. I get it. But another wasted option in my membership. I had good experiences until today (Sept 24, 2022). I changed for my session which I arrived early for. I go to wait for my session. Meanwhile, there are employees using it at the same time together (Yes, 2 people in the machine together in and out. Seemed like it was a sexual thing? It definitely was.) and laughing and using the machine. What music do you want? I don't know. They are in and out every 30 seconds. I stood there and no acknowledgment. The appointment was at 4... Now It was 4:15 and the horseplay was continuing. I went back and changed back into my clothes and left. I called when I got home and canceled. Corporate and the owner were notified. I was told by corporate they would get back to me. They never followed up. The owner did finally call and it was just lip service. I should have been offered my money back since they could not fulfill my membership.

The compression can get pretty intense, but they have a remote for you to adjust the setting if you need to. I didn't end up adjusting any of my settings. I'd like to try the compression on my legs next time. They have a 60 minute option for the compression, but I think 30 minutes is enough. They have comfy couches and tv for you to watch while you lounge. The ladies who work here are super friendly.
