First of all the place itself is super nice inside very modern and so clean which of course you would expect. The staff is amazing they explain things to you so well and I feel like they want to get to know you so they can give you the best outcome possible. Ben was awesome! I have had blood draws and IVs before and I have had terrible experiences with bruising and people missing my vein altogether causing a lot of pain. This was the least painful "poke" I've ever had, and NO BRUISING which is huge for me I always bruise. I highly recommend Prime Hydration. I will be back soon because I signed up for a membership with the cold weather coming I want to do everything I can to stay healthy, I am a very active person and it's hard to get the hydration we all really need plus all the other products they offer to help keep you healthy. Oh man I almost forgot to mention the massage chairs!!!! While you get you're drip you get to relax in the quite room in these amazing massage chairs which is just the icing in the cake! I was referred here for a total of three times to receive infusions for IVF purposes. The clinic…read moreand equipment seem to be on the older side but it seemed clean and everything worked just fine. The patient rooms are extremely comfortable with your own reclining comfy chair. They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits. All in all, I had a great experience at this clinic and with the staff. I truly believe their help, care, and infusions helped play a part in us becoming pregnant. Thanks team!
