Cryotherapy definitely works. Some of the Employees not so much at this location. The owners do not care. The first day I was in there (Sugarhouse) they are playing explicit Tupac and families are in there with their kids. It was embarrassing. I like Tupac but unacceptable lyrics for families. I enjoyed the cryotherapy and I signed up for their services. From there I had many good cryotherapy sessions. At one point I tried to do the IV drip and they could not get me set up after 5 pokes. So, I left. My doctor the next day had no issue. I get it. But another wasted option in my membership. I had good experiences until today (Sept 24, 2022). I changed for my session which I arrived early for. I go to wait for my session. Meanwhile, there are employees using it at the same time together (Yes, 2 people in the machine together in and out. Seemed like it was a sexual thing? It definitely was.) and laughing and using the machine. What music do you want? I don't know. They are in and out every 30 seconds. I stood there and no acknowledgment. The appointment was at 4... Now It was 4:15 and the horseplay was continuing. I went back and changed back into my clothes and left. I called when I got home and canceled. Corporate and the owner were notified. I was told by corporate they would get back to me. They never followed up. The owner did finally call and it was just lip service. I should have been offered my money back since they could not fulfill my membership. read more

This was amazing! I was cautious and went with the beginner. Next time it's the Intermediate level. It is a great feeling! So I've been two more times and did the Intermediate. The best 3 minutes. They are having a great anniversary sale in August. Definitely recommend this. read more

conflicted -went there for IV drip, EVERYBODY is extremely friendly & helpful. But...you go thru all the releases and "confidential" Medical questions. AND Then they proceed to ask questions regarding it, with complete strangers in the room (other customers). Including telling me why they couldn't provide this service, by disclosing said "confidential" medical reason. The other customers have no right to know my medical conditions. If you want to conduct yourself like a quasi-medical facility and be overseen by nurses, then maybe follow some of the discretion that would encompassed. Nice facility, good energy, friendly staff but you have people stacked up in the waiting room, you have to respect people's privacy and confidentiality. read more

Excellent customer service. I had an original appointment for 3pm, but I arrived early and asked if they had any openings at that time. They took care of me right then. I'm from out of state and have a membership elsewhere. I was able to get my membership discount here with out hazle. Location is clean and well maintained. Highlight is the staff for sure. read more

I like to do IM shots and cryotherapy sometimes to help my immune system. This place is definitely helpful in that regard. I also have done an IV drip which was good as well although, on my friends they let air bubbles get into the bag which was not good at all, so I was disappointed they didn't check the little details like that. Overall, service is fast and helpful. I do agree with some other reviews sometimes they need to be more attentive to customers and make sure they are happy and not fool around. I haven't experienced that but I feel bad that they do that at all. I enjoy my time here most times and get some benefits from the vitamins and endorphins so I would say it's worth a try if anything, just having a open mind and don't forget to breathe through the cold!! read more

Used my Classpass app to visit Restore! I did the 30 minute compression around my hips. It honestly did a better job than some of the massages I have had for relaxing the tightness in my glutes, quads, and hamstrings. The compression can get pretty intense, but they have a remote for you to adjust the setting if you need to. I didn't end up adjusting any of my settings. I'd like to try the compression on my legs next time. They have a 60 minute option for the compression, but I think 30 minutes is enough. They have comfy couches and tv for you to watch while you lounge. The ladies who work here are super friendly. read more

I'm new in SLC, and everywhere I go is nothing but great customer service, until now. Restore keeps sending me specials via text and email, finally last Friday I decided to try them out, so I scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 11am. I drove on Sunday, in the middle of the snow, very excited for my appointment to find out that store was closed until 12pm! Later on that day someone contacted me and apologized and blame it on the automated system. We rescheduled for Wednesday 12pm. Here I go again on Wednesday to my rescheduled appointment to find out they cannot give me the service because they don't have a technician to take care of me! Then, they tried "to solve" the problem by making me drive another 20 minutes to the Draper location, I decided to cancel my two appointments I had booked with them and leave. Until today no one from this business have contact me either to apologize and try to fix this huge issue! Very bad experience! read more

Went in for a $10 first visit to cryotherapy. The young man who helped me with the treatment was very informative, professional, and courteous. However, when I was done with the treatment and went to the front desk to pay, the lady who explained the membership options to me did so in a way that indicated she had explained them one too many times and couldn't be bothered again. I had no idea what each plan would deliver, the terms, etc. until I asked simple, easily understood questions. The young man who helped me had explained a 10 dollar special for the month for Cyro. Lady at front seems to find this idea incomprehensible. But the most unprofessional thing is trying to contact a live person in the office. Doing so results in text message options, which is actually a nice thing unless you have questions needing human interaction. This text messaging system twice told me they would have someone contact me, over two days. Each of those two days have elapsed with no contact whatsoever. I frequently travel to SLC for work and the plane rides mixed with dry air always has me feeling blah. I went last week for a pick-me-up IV. Before getting taken back to the drip area I discussed the membership options with the gal at the front desk and settled on the $89 plan that would allow me to get an IV once a month. Afterwards, when I checked out, she didn't show me the screen or receipt as it was emailed to me. When I got back to work I realized I was charged the $125 retail price. I emailed the receipt to the customer service email and asked about the discrepancy twice and never received a response. Apparently overcharging $36 one time is worth losing a member. read more

I am glad to spend my medical dollars on treatments that prevent and help me maintain my health. I have read multiple articles how HBOT is so good for you and how professional athlete use this treatment. I did HBOT and cryo to help get some injuries to health. So I went to Restore Hyper Wellness to reboot and replenish my vitamin C and B12 levels , I was diagnosed with a rare illness four years ago that causes inflammation of the arteries it's called Takayasu Arterities. So in going to Restore I was hoping for a calming and natural way to help with the inflammation and my nutrition deficiency. I ended up buying a 10 IV package for $986 and signed up for the Wellness membership for $89 a month for 3 month contract. I went for 4 treatments and the 4th treatment was when the nurse practictoner made the error, in the treatments past I was hooked up to a saline bag and let that drip into my IV for an hour or so, with the nurse putting in a shot of vitamin C or trace minerals or whatever cocktail I had wanted in to my IV . This 4th time I had asked for trace minerals which I had had before but this time the nurse shot the trace minerals inside of the bag of saline so it was dripping at the same rate as my saline, the nurse had walked out of the room and was hanging out with all her coworkers not really worrying about me . Towards the end of the drip I started feeling panic and heart palpitations , so I called her over and had to knock on the glass for her to notice I needed her I asked her to take the IV out because I wasn't feeling good and she said you're almost done you have a little more to go and I was like no I can't I don't feel good . She finally took the IV out and wrapped my arm But blood still squirted out and so we had to put more gauge on it, the next day my arm was If awful pain I couldn't move it, mind you I am a cosmetologist so I need my arm to make money. That day I went back to Restore to explain to the nurse what had happened and when I got there it was a differen nurse and she told me that usually with trace minerals and vitamin C they have to drip at a slower rate than the saline because it can be very damaging to the veins. I asked to get reimbursed for the last 6 IV and cancel my membership but she said there was nothin she can do, that I had signed a contract and that there are risks to getting treatment this way. I just think if the nurse that shot the trace minerals in my saline bag was doing her job correctly and monitoring how fast the trace minerals were entering my body I wouldn't have an inflamed vein that is still hurting scared and irritated 3-4 weeks after. If she was trained properly she would've known not to insert the trace minerals that fast. I will probably now have to go get my vein examined and pay more money to heal my vein and have $1000+ less because of restore and them not trying to work with me when I was unhappy with the service I got, and literally got hurt because of their error. It makes me sad having to deal with another health issue on top of the one I already have and having gone to restore to get in better health and now being worse off than when I went in. I called and sent emails and spoke to managers and everyone either gave me run around or just said there's nothing they can do. I am not happy with how things were dealt, they do not seem concerned at all about my health. read more
