You must book an appointment on their website, let them know what you need your medical card for, (for me wrist pain) then, they'll have you meet with a Qualified Medical Practitioner, fill out some paperwork, pay a few fees, and you are now a medical cannabis patient. you can get your card same day, but you might have to drive to another empathetix location like I did. I was referred here for a total of three times to receive infusions for IVF purposes. They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits. All in all, I had a great experience at this clinic and with the staff. I truly believe their help, care, and infusions helped play a part in us becoming pregnant. Thanks team!
