They don't offer large towel service either. Just small face towels for sweat. Lots of classes (step, aerobics, etc) for everyone. Kids activities for those parents who want to work out. Of course she gentle mentioned other things but it was subtle and classy. Overall just impressed with the facility, the cleanliness, the true professionalism and sales and understanding what real customer satisfaction is...that's what brings in more business!
