I'm writing this review after a wonderful sound bath with Win, and I'm in such a state of euphoria and relaxation that I can't say enough good about Synchronicities. When you first walk in, you're in the retail area-you can purchase stones, incense, accessories and just about anything you can think of to get in touch with your spiritual side. If you're lucky, you'll get to see the local cat. I didn't get the cat's name, but I enjoyed sitting on the couch petting the sweetie for several minutes. Downstairs, you'll find the treatment rooms as well as the salt cave. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, even offering a brief tour before our sound bath session began. This place exudes calm, peace and tranquility. If you need a little break from the chaos of the world, sign up for a session (there are so many offerings from massage, sound bath, card readings, salt caves, etc.)-there's sure to be something that resonates with you. read more

I attended Sound Bath Meditation in the Salt Caves with Ers. It was my first experience with doing sound bath in a salt cave and it was AMAZING!! They give you many options to make it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. They provide the cushions and blankets. One of the owners was there and introduced the class and helped you check in. In energy healing, sound baths and breath work consent is a very important component. But at this venue they believe in implied consent and consider their spaces public. This makes it so if you go to any sort of healing event here you can be recorded without your knowledge or consent. This recording can be placed online with the intent of monetization. Management does not care. I learned this the hard way. I brought this to their attention with the hope that they would at least require the people renting space to at least disclose that they would be recording with the intent to monetize. But they said consent is implied when you are in their space. So I am hoping that by making this review I can save people from the same experience. Privacy is not implied here. Edit: I have proof of how it was handled by who you have answering your phones through text message. if you would like me to post it. They were very rude and blamed me, stating ; "We feel it is common sense to know you may be filmed and posted to social media without realizing it." All I wanted by bringing this to your attention was to let the public know they may be filmed. This way people can decide if they want to be a part of the recording. Just let me know. I will post the interaction if you want. I do however want to protect the host. They were kind and removed the post. My issue is with the venue and your stance on people being recorded without their consent. And those recordings being posted to social media without consent. read more

It's not often one goes to a place that has an immediate impact on how one thinks -- this was mine. This visit was very valuable as it removed my perception of "just a crystal shop" when I would drive by. The salt cave and selenite room were particularly impressive, from construction to attention to detail, and worked well with their intended purposes. Interior design was inviting and attractive, dovetailing with the mood of peace and unity I felt. The store had many offerings but didn't feel cramped or kitschy. I was impressed with the staff eagerness to educate on their products and services, taking the time to meet one on one or as a group to explain purposes and contextual insights. This in return solidified my understanding of the business ethos and goals, and made me feel integrated into the vision. I was able to attend the sound bath and enjoyed it immensely. The singing bowls and decor made me quite comfortable. I've already discussed this visit with a few family members and a friend, and will be looking at taking a few classes myself from the array of offerings. Came in for a salt cave session, and as usual, we left with some crystals. They have quite a fun array of therapeutic rooms that practitioners use for different services! While we were there, a practitioner was offering Tarot readings, there was a session in the selenite healing room and some shoppers browsing the crystals! I love that they have fountains and beautiful music coming from some rain instruments. read more

The South Bath was the perfect sanctuary where I found the peace I desperately needed, surrounded by dear friends, creating an opportunity for profound connections. The overall experience left me remarkably relaxed, and the sense of connectivity and passion transmitted by the owners added an extra layer of magic. The store, akin to a mysterious box, unfolds treasures with each exploration. The enchanting Selenite Cave is a testament to the store's beauty, and I couldn't resist taking home a piece of that tranquility in the form of a Himalayan rock lamp. I hate to be the outlier in a sea of glowing reviews, but I also want to be honest about my experience here. My friend and I had a below average experience at a "Cacao Ceremony & Yoga Nidra" session that we attended last month, thus the two star rating. This review does NOT cover any of their other experiences or classes here- only the cacao ceremony/yoga nidra. The cacao ceremony started out with a monotone facilitator listing off the benefits of cacao before pouring cacao drinks into cups. She then had each person pass the cups around while "pouring positive vibes and intentions into each cup." Afterwards, we went around the room as different people volunteered to say what their own personal intentions for the class were. Some people said things like "getting rid of the sad feelings", "being more present", "having a strengthened heart in the midst of global suffering", etc. After each person said their intention, the facilitator would respond with a blank face and offer almost no kind words or remarks. Here were numerous people being vulnerable in front of a group of strangers, yet this facilitator seemed completely bored by it all and like she didn't truly care to hear what our intentions were. Then, we got to the yoga nidra session where she had us all lie down while she walked us through isolating various body part feelings (again, in a very monotone voice). For example, she would say "Now, focus on your left leg....now your left foot....now your first toe....second toe.....third toe...." for what felt like an hour. Again, this was done in an incredibly monotone voice. About ten minutes into the class, a man fell asleep and started snoring. He continued to snore on and off FOR THE ENTIRE CLASS. Now, it's not entirely the teacher's fault that he fell asleep, but she could have gently walked over and tapped him awake or done something so that the mindfulness wasn't ruined for the rest of us. But no, she did not. As this facilitator looked quite young and had what appeared to be a printed script for part of the class (and noticed her reading from her phone), my theory is that potentially (???) the actual facilitator had to cancel and so they grabbed a very inexperienced employee to come lead the class instead. I'm not sure. TL; DR - For $33.33 per person, this felt like such a ripoff. I am a huge advocate for mindfulness and being in sync with your mind, body, and spirit, but this particular experience unfortunately left me feeling duped. We basically paid over $30 per person to drink unsweetened hot chocolate and lie down in a cold room while a monotone facilitator read off body parts as some man snored loudly. read more

The salt cave here is amazing! My family n I went for a 45 minute session. We were surrounded by pink Himalayan salt tiles with a sand floor. They have wooden benches to sit on or give you blankets to lay on the sand. They shoot ionized salt into the air too. It totally opened up our clogged sinuses. A couple of us just laid there playing with the sand while breathing it in. Others meditated. It was wonderful. We felt just as clear as when we first came out several hours later. They play soft music in the background, it's so peaceful. And! They now have built a stunning selenite cave upstairs with recliner chairs and headphones. Seats about 6 or 8 I think..can't wait to try it next. There is a massage room as well. They are trying to get someone there on the regular. So keep your eye and ear out. And what also looks like a yoga/mediation type room? So when you first walk in before you go down to where the salt caves are there is the store with rocks, gemstones, minerals, all sorts of wonderful earthy things to help you feel so centered, grounded, or whatever your ailment. They are very organized and have lots of beautiful sculptural art pieces too. The woman, Stephanie who works there is so knowledgeable, and so very sweet. She makes you feel like you are friends right off the bat. She did a very special thing for me and I will hold that dear to my heart. Thank you for all your help, wisdom, and love sweet girl. I have to also shout out to the man over the phone when we booked the session he was so very friendly, eloquent, and informative. It was such a simple process. Thank you. Not everything there is my cup a' tea but there is something for everyone for sure! You won't regret making a trip over here. Get to relaxing your overwhelmed body soon. We will back you guys. You MUST check out the wellness center and the caves are literally built with himalayan salt and real selenite. The experiences and decor were clearly thought out as the journeys really flow during.
