From your toes to your knees, fingers to elbows, and top of your head to your shoulders. The ambience is that of a nice spa, the only difference is instead of private rooms, you're separated by curtains, but it's quiet and relaxing, soothing music and low lighting, you aren't distracted or even notice others are getting services too. The chair reclines all the way back, I thought I was upside down for a minute. I was this close to falling asleep from how relaxed I was. Bella worked magic on every part she worked. Sessions are limited to seven participants, but more often, my sessions include only two or three others, which makes the space feel more private despite being a public sauna. The people I've met have been great, and we often have engaging and fun conversations. Contrast therapy has significantly improved my physical recovery, energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. My typical routine involves spending 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a bucket shower, then 3 minutes in the cold plunge, and finally, shivering for a few minutes to warm up slightly before returning to the sauna. Within a one-hour session, I can usually complete this routine about three times, ending in the cold. Throughout the session, the staff will check on the sauna and add fresh water with essential oils to the stones. About halfway through, they bring everyone a cup of cold electrolyte water and a frozen washcloth, which feels wonderful in the sauna. He let me try out "the big squeeze", cryotherapy, and their cell health analysis which in their own words via their website, "uses electrical sonar to measure and track key measurements of your physical health." I just loved being able to see my body fat percentage and water weight amongst other factors. The cryotherapy was invigorating and the big squeeze was calming and felt almost like a massage. It was my first experience using red light on my face also. I enjoyed my visit here and would like to return to try other therapeutic activities.
