My husband and I were able to book within the same day for a 90-min experience. We had a private room with an infrared dry sauna, steam room/shower, and a small space with a bench to place our belongings. It looked like there was only one other room for a couple but I'm not sure if they had more that I didn't see? It was nice that we were able to connect our own music to the Bluetooth speakers. We paid $115 for the both of us since we upgraded $5 to include Halotherapy which is a salt capsule released in the infrared sauna. The salt capsule lasted for maybe about 20 minutes but it felt nice breathing it in. Outside on the patio, there were 2 cold plunge tubs. The colder one is a one-person pod while the less cold (which was still soooo cold) could fit 2 people but it'd be better to just do one at a time. There's also a 2-person jacuzzi outside. There's also a set of outdoor furniture that looks inviting to hang out in on a warmer day. Rosa checked us in and thoroughly explained the process since it was our first time here. She was welcoming, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. The experience itself was so rejuvenating. We stayed in the infrared sauna for about 25 minutes (they also provide sunglasses to block out the light), then the steam sauna for about 10 minutes then we hurried outside to cold plunge. We came here in the winter time and so it was already so cold out in the patio. The cold plunge felt so good after being the heat for a while but I could only last for 30-60 seconds before my body gave up. It was nice getting to scurry on over to the hot tub afterwards. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here! I wish we had something like this where I'm from. Next time we're in town for snowboarding, I'll definitely come back here again!

The space is shared with other small business (I use another service in the same building) and there really is free covered parking in the back lot, seems strange but it's true, use it! Here I will describe only the experience I had with Sandy location. I was greeted by a young male therapist whose name I can't remember. I will edit this to add his name when I find that out because I feel the need to warn you not to go to him, especially if you are a woman. I requested a deep tissue massage and for the first 20 minutes my therapist used only one hand, extremely light pressure, and barely moved at all. He was touching my body lightly with one hand and I could hear him shuffling his other hand doing something else. It sounded like he was shaking his hand around or something and it was really disconcerting. I felt confused and unsafe with him. I asked him if he was ok and the shuffling sound immediately stopped. I asked him to increase pressure and he went from a level one pressure to a level beyond what I would consider deep tissue. It was painful in a way that felt it was going against the grain of my muscles as if he were not trained in how to open up the muscles through deep tissue, instead making my body tense up against his movements. Although I was in pain I could see that he was not going to be able to find a balanced approach so I decided I would rather endure the extreme pressure rather than hardly any pressure at all. So I encouraged him by saying "this feels better". Then he said "I'm enjoying myself too". I felt horrified when he said he was enjoying himself and I froze, not knowing what to say or do since I have PTSD due to a history of being sexually assaulted. All of this being said, I am very concerned with the two people Elements has hired who have mistreated me. Whoever this male therapist was who made this sexual comment to me needs to be reprimanded and I don't think he should be allowed to practice.

There were clumps of hair in my shower and float pod, the TINY blue towels they provided were not sufficient enough. Most "spas" provide a little more towel coverage. First they soak your feet while you recline in a comfy chair and start to decompress. They do some cranial work on your head, and also shoulders and neck area. Be aware that you should wear short sleeves or sleeveless, and also shorts or something that you can roll above your knees. And since they do a complete cranial massage on your head, your hair will be standing on end when you are finished! The ONLY thing I don't love is that they have to step out if someone calls for an appt, but I do understand that they are trying to grow their business and they don't have extra employees. One room only available for ashiatsu/back walking, so request the room in advance if that is what you are looking for. Yuki is an expert with cupping treatments also.
