Towels and sandals are provide although someone took mine. My husband's towels also disappeared after about 30 minutes. It's not surprising and certainly was done out of confusion and not malice as we also found it difficult to keep track of ours, since they all look the same and there are hooks everywhere and it's just hard to keep track as you're moving them as you move from one amenity to another. We really enjoyed our afternoon here but at a little over $90.00 for the two of us, it isn't something we'll be doing on the reg.

I really like that each person has their own suite so you can go at your own pace and you have the privacy to really enjoy the experience! You get a cold compress to enjoy in the sauna, the sauna starts at 140 but you can adjust up to 170! I stayed at 140 and it was perfect, like a warm blanket. The cold plunge was...a challenge haha I did two sessions of it the first session I only went up to my knees and the next I was able to kneel down into it but man it was cold BUT I loved it. It felt so refreshing and I really felt like I was energized after. They do offer a vitamin c infused shower which to me is a bit of a buzz wordy thing I don't believe that the Vitamin C can really be absorbed that way but hey it is in there so who knows. This was a great experience and I actually ended up signing up for a membership. I like how i feel after doing a session! My only complaint with this place is they don't provide water during your experience you'd have to purchase it and at their price point I don't think it would be too much to expect water to be included. We lucked out and only shared the sauna with two other women and we were all able to lay down. 6 people would be quite a tight squeeze, as it's a small and intimate space. You let yourself in with a code that's given to you when you book. There's a speaker, some essential oils, some games, and a small space to put your stuff and hang up your clothes once you enter the sauna. You can adjust the heat by pouring some water on the rocks. There's also a cold plunge, some lounge chairs, a cold shower, and a changing area. Would love to come back during the different seasons.

Sessions are limited to seven participants, but more often, my sessions include only two or three others, which makes the space feel more private despite being a public sauna. The people I've met have been great, and we often have engaging and fun conversations. Contrast therapy has significantly improved my physical recovery, energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. My typical routine involves spending 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a bucket shower, then 3 minutes in the cold plunge, and finally, shivering for a few minutes to warm up slightly before returning to the sauna. Within a one-hour session, I can usually complete this routine about three times, ending in the cold. Throughout the session, the staff will check on the sauna and add fresh water with essential oils to the stones. About halfway through, they bring everyone a cup of cold electrolyte water and a frozen washcloth, which feels wonderful in the sauna.
