He let me try out "the big squeeze", cryotherapy, and their cell health analysis which in their own words via their website, "uses electrical sonar to measure and track key measurements of your physical health." I just loved being able to see my body fat percentage and water weight amongst other factors. The cryotherapy was invigorating and the big squeeze was calming and felt almost like a massage. It was my first experience using red light on my face also. I enjoyed my visit here and would like to return to try other therapeutic activities.

The first day I was in there (Sugarhouse) they are playing explicit Tupac and families are in there with their kids. It was embarrassing. I like Tupac but unacceptable lyrics for families. I enjoyed the cryotherapy and I signed up for their services. From there I had many good cryotherapy sessions. At one point I tried to do the IV drip and they could not get me set up after 5 pokes. So, I left. My doctor the next day had no issue. I get it. But another wasted option in my membership. I had good experiences until today (Sept 24, 2022). I changed for my session which I arrived early for. I go to wait for my session. Meanwhile, there are employees using it at the same time together (Yes, 2 people in the machine together in and out. Seemed like it was a sexual thing? It definitely was.) and laughing and using the machine. What music do you want? I don't know. They are in and out every 30 seconds. I stood there and no acknowledgment. The appointment was at 4... Now It was 4:15 and the horseplay was continuing. I went back and changed back into my clothes and left. I called when I got home and canceled. Corporate and the owner were notified. I was told by corporate they would get back to me. They never followed up. The owner did finally call and it was just lip service. I should have been offered my money back since they could not fulfill my membership.
