I saw an ad for them on Facebook that said they took insurance and that I could schedule a free consultation. I made the appt for the next day. I then received an email stating they no longer take insurance. Ok no biggie I can work with self pay. Well as I'm leaving the office, I am then told that it's $250 for the consultation. The receptionist said that it was listed in all my information they sent me. The only info I received was when and where my appt was. They didn't even send me paperwork which I was told they did. I will certainly not be going there for tx. $250 for x-rays that I could've had my insurance pay for. They are liars.

They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits. All in all, I had a great experience at this clinic and with the staff. I truly believe their help, care, and infusions helped play a part in us becoming pregnant. Thanks team!

To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. Picking a breast augmentation surgeon was a hard process for me. I was provided the names of three…read morephysicians from individuals who each had wonderful experiences. The first two did not "wow" me. I was starting to worry that the third consultation would be the same and began wondering if I should even go through with this elective surgery. Dr. Reuben was my third consult and I knew immediately he was the surgeon for me. Having worked 30+ years in health care these things stood out: 1) Dr. Reuben walked in the room, extended his hand, and introduced himself as Brian (not Dr. Reuben); 2) The interaction between him and his staff/clinicians showed complete respect for one another; and 3) Dr. Reuben answered all my many questions, was personable, and never appeared in a rush to get to the next patient. In making my breast augmentation decisions, the following were my main concerns: 1) I am 5'1", 100 pounds so I didn't want to appear top heavy. I wanted implants that fit my body and weren't clearly out of proportion to it. His results were spot-on; 2) I get sick from anesthesia. Although I have informed anesthesiologists about this in the past it never fails: I am sick post-surgery. When I learned that Dr. Reuben uses a Nurse Anesthetist, I was a bit worried about not having an anesthesiologist handle the sedation. However, his Nurse Anesthetist spent more time with me than any anesthesiologist I have ever had. And...I did not get sick! and 3) the decision whether to go under the muscle or over the muscle weighed on me due to returning to work. I ended-up going under the muscle and literally breezed through the surgery, with excellent results. My surgery was Wednesday, and I was back to work Monday with no complications. Dr. Reuben called me the night of my surgery to check on how I was doing and provided his contact information if I had any concerns, etc. The entire experience with Dr. Reuben's office was beyond my expectations.
