I called today, December 9th, to redeem a couple's massage that was gifted to us for Christmas last year. This company was unwilling to schedule my massage and, even though it is not expired, was not willing to honor my gift card. There is nothing on the gift card that says I need to schedule at least a month in advance. I am so frustrated with this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. If I could give a zero star I would... I am appalled by their customer service and the way they spoke to me over the phone. Completely dismissed me and the service was terrible. The doors were locked when I arrived and he masseuse never showed . I scheduled myself on their website and got a confirmation email and everything. The massages are sometimes hit or miss, but the reasonable pricing kept me coming back. Now I see that they are trying to be Massage Envy Jr. and requesting you have a membership or pay very inflated prices for shortened massage times. I won't be back unfortunately. read more

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I'm going to be really honest here. I have been to three different spas such as sego lily, new image & Red Orchard. This place is the BEST!! The prices are reasonable, the staff is so accommodating- in fact it's so nice that I scheduled a friend to come with me @3 yesterday. I did call cause I thought we would be late. They still told us to come, my therapist chi is AMAZING!! She knows what she is doing and genuinely cares about my health. Of course the other ladies I've been seeing are great too. People- this place is not like other spas with the nice flavored waters and trail mix while you lounge in a robe to be called back. If you don't care about that mumbo jumbo and want real work done, I suggest you go here. The prices are so reasonable. This place isn't a spa type setting, but you can't beat their prices! I've had three services here in the last year. The last massage I received from Samantha was excellent! It wasn't a relaxing massage, but a down and dirty, working knots out massage. I've found that those spa type massages don't go deep enough for me. If I'm paying money, I want instant results and I get that here. I also had a foot zoning done by Liz. This was suggested to me by my massage therapist, Samantha. At first I thought it was a bit too hippy dippy for me to believe in this technique. But, sure enough, the day following my foot zoning, most of the areas she had flushed out were tender, as though someone had been rubbing those areas with their hands. I don't know if this was some kind of witchcraft, but I liked it! I will definitely be going back! read more

There is a reason places like Nordstrom will never go out of business, it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE! I try and always support local business, but places like this make it so hard! Long story short, I purchased 4 massages for my boyfriend and I (2 each) we are busy people like most. Of course we would love to get weekly massage, heck, even monthly. Unfortunately we just don't get around to it as much as we would like. When I called to book our services I was rudely shut down and told of the business's 6month expiration policy as opposed to the standard 1 year. I was also told they make absolutely no exception to this rule. Guessing by her attitude on the phone, she has to explain this policy frequently! This tells me I'm not the only one. She also did not care one bit that we were new customers and would not be back. Well when you're out of business in a year when you run out of unsuspecting customers to rip off, I also will not care one bit!!! A little compromise goes a long way. In business it doesn't always pay to be "right". As far as the massage I did receive, it was meeehhh, mediocre at best and I had to listen to the newbie therapist talk non stop about herself. Not what I have in mind when I'm trying to relax and unwind. I'll definitely be paying the extra money to go to a real spa where the ambiance and services are far superior to this hole in the wall. read more

Best massage place in town, I have used a lot of them. If you really just want pain relief and not have to pay extra for the "spa" experience, this is your place. It's still very nice, with private rooms comparable to spa, but very affordable and the staff is fantastic. The best is their 50 minute "quick fix" for 29.00...a great value for those extra sore spots. They also make it very easy to book online, choose your service and who you would like to be your masseuse. I won't be going anywhere else! read more

This place gets a BIG FAT F as far as customer service goes. I was gifted a "gift certificate" about a year ago. Long story short, I have not had time to use it until now. I got it out and realized it expired in July, three months ago. I couldn't believe a "gift certificate" would only be good for a year, so I thought they would definitely still honor it. The lady that answered the phone, who I assume was the owner, was rude and condescending from the second she answered the phone. She told me they would not honor the certificate under any circumstances. Wouldn't budge an inch. I informed her of a federal law that states that gift cards cannot expire for at least five years. She immediately informed me that this is a "gift certificate", not a "gift card." When I asked her what the difference was, she asked me to tell her (???) One is paper and one is plastic? One is offered by legit companies and one is offered by holes in the wall? She then went on to compare it to a gallon of milk. If you buy a gallon of milk and keep it in the fridge for a year, you don't try to take it back. So my "gift certificate" went rotten in a year? True story, one time I bought a gallon of milk, and it expired two days after I bought it. I thought this was a ridiculous expiration date for a gallon of milk, since it was rotten when we got around to opening it. I took it back to the store, and they gladly offered me a new gallon. They even gave my kid a frickin' sticker. Find a new analogy, lady. Toward the end of our conversation, she wouldn't let me speak and talked (actually yelled) over me. I had to raise my voice to get a word in. I actually ended up telling her that her "policy" is B.S. and she used my "swearing" as a way to end our conversation. I can tell you I am probably one of the most non confrontational people on the planet. I cannot remember the last time I raised my voice to someone on the phone. This lady was off the charts rude. When I told her that I would tell everyone I know about their customer service, she actually said to "go ahead" and she "would love it." Well, here it is. I'm spreading the word. If you're going to run a business successfully you're gonna have to drop the ego and work on your customer service skills. Get ready for plenty more horrible reviews on this place because I'm telling everyone I know. read more

I booked a microcurrent facial and find out upon getting the facial they do not have the machine to do a microcurrent facial. It was actually an ultrasonic facial that they advertise as a microcurrent facial. WOW! read more
