I went to Sublime a few times a couple years ago, since it was really close to where I lived. The first few times were okay, except they messed up my hair a bit once so I would go back to have them fix it and I expected it to either be a free fix or at a discount, since they didn't do it right the first time. The second time it happened, I called in to make an appointment to get it fixed again, discussed a price reduction for the fix, and the manager, Brandy at the time, accused me of trying to get discounts and "taking advantage of" her hairstylists. She caused me to have a panic attack while I was at work because of how harsh and awful she was to me in the phone call. I had them fix my hair and then never went back again. I will never recommend Sublime to anyone. Crystal, the nail tech, though I don't think she's there anymore, was the only good part about the salon. Also, they're too expensive for my liking, and for being in a small town. read more

I love this salon!! I've never been a repeat customer when it comes to my hair. I've never been able to find a stylist or environment that I liked enough to go back, but at Sublime I did! Seriously when I tell you it's amazing, take my word. Everybody is so upbeat and friendly, they are all very educated and make you feel SO beautiful every time you leave. They have top of the line products, aren't pushy when it comes by buying stuff to take home, AND they give an amazing head massage while washing your hair. If you're hesitant to make an appointment, I hope this helps! I seriously love it there! You will too! read more
