I went to Sublime a few times a couple years ago, since it was really close to where I lived. The first few times were okay, except they messed up my hair a bit once so I would go back to have them fix it and I expected it to either be a free fix or at a discount, since they didn't do it right the first time. The second time it happened, I called in to make an appointment to get it fixed again, discussed a price reduction for the fix, and the manager, Brandy at the time, accused me of trying to get discounts and "taking advantage of" her hairstylists. She caused me to have a panic attack while I was at work because of how harsh and awful she was to me in the phone call. I had them fix my hair and then never went back again. I will never recommend Sublime to anyone. Crystal, the nail tech, though I don't think she's there anymore, was the only good part about the salon. I absolutely love, love, love, this salon and all of the employees!! The girls are amazing and are all extremely talented and passionate about what they do. They always make you feel welcome and I always leave feeling amazing and ready to take on the world!! I am in love with this salon. I get so many compliments on my hair. I have had everything from extensions to color done on my hair. I have never left disappointed. I love going to parties knowing i have the best looking hair. My son will only let Bradee touch his hair and she makes him handsome. Meagan does my daughters hair and has done some amazing Ombres on her. I love the tanning side. It's my happy place. I love this salon! So chic and professional. The stylists are so educated on the latest styles, colors, cuts, etc. I haven't been able to find anyone to cut and color my hair just the way I like other than here. Definitely experts! The tanning salon is so clean and the customer service is top notch throughout. Love the spray tans. Perfect glow with no nasty odor or stickiness. I personally love (Bradee), I have been going to her for years and I don't trust anyone else with my hair. She is always doing fun new colors and cuts. This salon is amazing!!! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I get nails and hair done there. The consultation is thorough for cut and color. Nails are always on point. I have been going there for approximately 2 years now for nails and just started getting my hair done. I take my daughter and they are amazing there with kids. Pedis are amazing as well. Bradee does such an amazing job with my hair, she's the only one that be an take my almost black hair and lightened it without it looking orange or breaking off. Crystal is the best nail tech...
