I stopped in here after driving by and realizing that I needed a haircut since I had an important event that I was going to attend that evening. Within a few moments of stepping in, Kristel was willing to help the random walk-in. She took the time to listen to what I didn't like about what my hair was doing and she made sure that I was happy with what changes she was making each step of the way. When I would ask about how something would look, she would give an honest opinion and we would decide how it needed to be changed. Overall a fantastic experience. Everyone seemed quite friendly and the business was very clean and accessible. But I'd certainly have to recommend Kristel Boyce for a job well done! read more

My guy usually keeps his hair at a 1/4," but I begged him to grow it out for our wedding photos, so it was somewhat unruly. We called the Salon and they said they would need to call around to find someone to come in to do his hair. We gave them our number and then called back to tell them we didn't really want to wait for them to find someone and that we would call another salon who had someone on hand. In the 2 minutes it took us to call them back, they'd already found a hair stylist to come in! She called us directly to book the appointment. The visit was quick, and she did exactly what we needed and asked for! I wish like heck I could remember the stylist's name. She did an awesome job! *Ask and you shall receive! I really needed a haircut and I'm not from here, so I looked up on yelp! And ran across this place. I called and the receptionist was very friendly & helpful. I got a appointment right away and it was great!! Crystal my hair stylist was awesome!! She took her time cutting and styling my hair to my liking, and I loved it!! Best service I have ever gotten. The place is so clean & friendly, and the owners are so cute & sweet! Definitely coming back when I pass through Ogden, Utah again!:) read more

Ashley is just amazing! I followed her here from two other hair salons because she's just that good. I had a terrible experience purchasing extensions online when I used to get them through her. I thought I was saving myself money and she wasn't offended and still put them in for me. It was a disaster. You get what you pay for. Ashley came to the rescue and untangle the terrible mess I'd gotten myself into. I think it's really cool to that the salon owner is almost always there when I go in and he's walking around interacting with the stylists and the customers. He even sweeps the floor. I've had the same red, curly, out of control hair forever and decided it was time for a change. Stephanie was my stylist and she did an amazing job! She listened to me very well on the ideas I had and she gave me also her expert constructive input on my new look. I got an ombré style highlight, with some slight layers and side bangs, and Wow! I have to beat people off with a stick because everyone and their mom comes up to me to say how gorgeous my color and cut is :). Will definitely come back to see Stephanie again!!! read more

Called last minute for an appointment when the first salon I had tried to go to failed me. They got me in same day and scheduled me with Morgan. All I can say is she's just the best! I was twenty minutes late for my appointment and she waited for me to get there. I vaguely described to her what I wanted done and she just went right to work, basically reading my mind. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and what would work since my hair is very light and fine. She would give me suggestions and ideas on what she thought would look good for me and by the end of it all I was in love with what she did! I can't speak for the rest of the shop but I had a great experience this one time and Morgan is my go to from now on. read more

I went here mainly based off the reviews. They lived up to the expectations. I had Bree. She was very friendly and personable. She had a hour free so they were able to work me in on such short notice. I loved the pixie cut that she gave me. She suggested using a molding wax and took the time to show me how to use it. She didn't seem in a hurry. Thank you for a great experience! Will be heading back next week for a hair color - blue black. I already know I'll be happy with the results! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I called first thing in the morning and was able to get in with Morgan the same day! SHE WAS AWESOME!!!! Morgan listened to what I like and don't like; asked appropriate questions to make sure she was providing the right color/cut. I left 100% satisfied feeling fabulous and sassy as other customers and stylists complimented my color/cut! Brittany botched the side of my hair. Didn't want to go back to fix it cuz you don't go to a bad chef twice. She was way sloppy and rough with the cutting and washing. Water was spraying all over my face and she was pulling my hair. She also didn't rinse at the end to get all the hairs out. I overpaid for the service and time I was there. Won't be returning to HER. Could be a Different story with a different stylist. read more

I went here yesterday with my cousin and aunt and we wanted to have our hair done. I wanted my roots brown, and then it go to pink but I specifically said I only wanted like 1-1 1/2 of my roots showing, and I didn't want it neon pink I wanted it the pastel pink. My aunt said the wanted a streaky ombre, and my cousin wanted a dark purple to light purple ombre. My hair is less than half way pink, not pastel at all. When she was doing it she had someone else mix up more dye for her and by the time I caught what she actually did it was too late. She put my pastel pink in with a neon pink. My cousins hair was all one color. And it was almost black. But with a blonde ring in the middle of her head. Nothing that she wanted happened. And my aunt she had a couple glove spots when she grouches her hair with bleach in random spots. My aunt was super upset about her hair. They lady that did our hair was willing to help us fix our hair, I personally didn't want my hair touched again. My aunt got hers fixed, but it looks WORSE. And my cousin just asked them to lighten the ends. We were there all day long. They offered us water, and they had a really fun environment. read more

Called to schedule an appointment same day. I had no time restraints, perfectly open for anything. I was told 4:30pm. I arrived on time, sat and waited for about 5 minutes prior to being greeted (no mind there are three workers in the same room, one of which isn't with a client). Once I was finally greeted, I informed her I was there for Brittany. She left and spoke with whom I assume was Brittany and comes back to let me know Brittany will be with me in ten minutes. Okay, I understand some times we get busy. No problem, I have no time restrictions. Thirty minutes pass, with no word from anyone. I believe it is a courtesy to let your client know it's going to take longer, acknowledge the person is going to be paying you, maybe even thank them for kindly waiting. I left at that time and I will not be back. I am a patient person but I am also a person who believes in customer service, which this salon is sadly lacking. read more
