I purchased a Groupon as a Christmas gift for my sister and brother in law and their experience…read morehere was less than satisfactory. My sister said when they got there, the paper sheets over the chairs looked used and the music they were playing wasn't at all what's expected to hear at a massage parlor - calm & relaxing. Nope. It was just some weird nonsense. She also said that the lady masseuse who worked on her literally did one area on her back the entire hour and didn't even do a whole body massage...smh & when my brother in law laid down, the chair face thingy broke immediately and after repeatedly trying to fix it- they replaced it but it was a bit ghetto and not the smooth & relaxing experience I had hoped for them. Don't waste your money here..especially if the service & quality is half ass. I was super disappointed to hear that they didn't enjoy themselves as I was hoping smdh

My first experience with false lashes was at a high end spa in Park City, and they burned my eyes and were very insensitive. (I am allergic to adhesive and they knew that and still got it all over my eyes, I looked like I had black eyes when I was done!) I thought I would never get them again after that, but after seeing everyone have them I really wanted them again! I told Racheal what had happened the first time I had them put on, and she assured me it would not happen at Lash Effect! She was right, perfect lashes, no pain for over a year now! I highly recommend going to Lash Effect! :)

Had a wonderful visit! The owner herself did my pedicure today…read more The spa is very clean and organized. She started me off with a gel foot soak and that felt amazing. The water wasn't too hot either. After fifteen minutes of gel-Topia she put salt in the soak and turned it back to water! Woah...what?! So neat. The pedicure wasn't in a chair but I was able to lie back on a massage table and she worked on my feet. I was also given an eye mask so I could relax even more. This made me feel pampered and she talked to me, actually had a conversation with me. This made me feel like my business mattered to her and made me feel good too. I had been here about six years ago and she even remembered me and mentioned a few things to prove she remembered me. Honestly, she made me feel like I want to come back and I will. She is worth the $70 it cost. The pedicure is a great one! I went home feeling better. Thank you, you are amazing and I will be back.

A clear front desk with a sign-in iPad! Three employees greeted me immediately and I felt welcomed and comfortable. There was clear direction on what to do and where to sit. I had an appointment with BONNIE. I did do a little research before hand to scope out what nail tech I wanted to book with for my Full Set. I could immediately tell that Bonnie's work was clean, not lumpy, symmetrical and precise. I had virtually no wait time and was pleased to be seated almost immediately after picking my colors. The layout is well organized and thought out. There are 16 really nice pedicure chairs with massagers and they have a little piece that lifts up to hold your leg while they remove calluses. A MUST in my opinion! Down the center there are 10 labeled manicure desks with large lights, Hooks for your purse and comfortable seats. It's very clear where you need to sit and theres plenty of room. Theres a large mirror along the back wall with a sink and work station for the staff. Multiple TVs and a variety of things playing. The ambiance is nice with soft "travel" music and videos to match. The lighting is cohesive and everything looks clean and orderly. Good ventilation and high ceilings. Overall well thought out and stylish. This place is the ideal nail spa with friendly and accommodating staff. You don't ever feel like anyone's talking about you like you do in other salons and the staff are friendly and happy overall. I moved here about 7 years ago from Los Angeles where the nail salon scene is extremely competitive and top notch. I have to say that it's taken me 7 years to find the quality, cleanliness, caring nature and immaculate work this salon has. Bonnie is by far a professional with a kind and friendly personality. I never once felt like I needed to see if she was going to be able to achieve my inspiration picture. She absolutely nailed it and went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say I found my new go to nail salon. Thank goodness it's down the street, but even if it wasn't, I'd drive however far I needed to go to a quality place like this. I end with this. Please GUYS TIP WELL. At LEAST 20% and MAKE AN APPT. I promise you will be treated well! You have to treat others well and with respect if you want it to come back to you in return.

There's a reason so many of the good reviews for this place are old. I have been coming here for…read moreyears, and watching what this business has turned into has been incredibly disappointing. What was once a warm, welcoming spa with talented people and a personal atmosphere now feels like a sterile, impersonal clinic focused far more on memberships, upselling, and money than the experience that originally made people want to come here. For years, I routinely received services through the aesthetics department and had fantastic experiences. At one appointment, I mentioned weight loss and was told their NP, Mistie, offered weight-management services, so I decided to make an appointment. That experience completely changed my opinion of this business. I was encouraged to take testosterone and other HRT's despite my levels already being within the normal range, which immediately made me question the recommendations I was receiving and the credibility of the individual recommending it. I was also talked into a monthly membership because I was told it would "save me money." It absolutely did not. I still had to pay for individual visits, and even with the supposed membership discount, I was paying substantially more for peptides than I later paid elsewhere. The entire experience felt less like individualized care and more like being sold as many services and products as possible. Eventually, I cancelled the membership and went to Ogden Clinic instead. I paid a fraction of what I had been paying here and, ironically, started seeing better results within the first month. What is most disappointing is that this wasn't always a place I would have reviewed negatively. I was a longtime customer because I genuinely loved it. Unfortunately, the business I originally supported barely resembles what it has become. If you're considering their services, I strongly recommend comparing prices and getting another medical opinion before signing up for any membership or agreeing to additional treatments. I wish I had. I won't be returning.
