I absolutely LOVE AND THOROUGHLY ENJOY EVERY VISIT TO OASIS PLUS THERAPIES!!! The staff is over the top!! Always friendly, smiling, and--oh so welcoming!! I feel they are truly my friends. The moment I walk through the doors, the entire environment--from the smell, the decor, the lighting, and just the entire ambience--I can feel myself relax--my mind goes into a meditative state and I know I am in for a treat. I think this is so important to me and my health. It is a necessary and important part of my self care routine. They offer such a great variety of services at great prices!! Weather it's stepping in the Cryo chamber for a few minutes, sitting in the massage chair, getting my back adjusted, taking time to unwind in the tanning bed, or getting a full body massage--it always makes me feel rested, restored, and so much better about myself. The staff, they answer all your questions and make sure you visits are enjoyable and they are so friendly. Great place when you can get in, I'd rate higher for sure it's very frustrating to try to go tanning on a Saturday evening and drive all the way there not knowing they close early. Most tanning places stay open most of the same hours seven days a week what's more frustrating is that they are closed Sundays which is the best day of the week to go tanning I understand it must be nice for the workers but for the customer it's very frustrating. Staff is friendly and not as well-versed in the tanning world as they should be that I can deal with. read more

UPDATED REVIEW!!!! In true fashion Oasis Management offered me an apology and really understood my frustrations. They once again reminded me why I am a loyal customer. Never judge a book by its cover! I would like to start by saying that Tanning Oasis is a great place to tan. They are affordable and the VIP packs are the best way to go, and upgrades are within reason. The owners are great too and have always taken care of me. Now, today is Christmas Eve. I called earlier to see if they were open and what time they closed, I also said that I wanted to get a spray tan so I was glad, they said they closed at 3. In between last minute things I hurried to make it in time. I got there at 245 and was told that I couldn't spray tan, the machine was down for maintenance. I was clearly confused because if it closes 30 minutes before why didn't they tell me 230 when I called? Why isn't that posted anywhere? Anyways, I was frustrated and all I got was an, "I'm sorry", followed with a complimentary eye roll. I did reply, "no you're not" and proceeded to my bed. Funny thing is, I wasn't going to tan today, especially that late, because it is Christmas. However, after that display I did tan, and they ended up not getting out of there until 3:15. Anyways, I was bummed but went to my room, #4, it was at that time that I overheard the two ladies talking about the situation, ending it with "it's Christmas, be nice!" Well ya know, it is Christmas and I am sorry that you have to work, but my guess is, you're getting paid. Right? I just signed up for VIP, bought a lotion, and tried to pay for an upgrade today. I think customers like me are the very reason that you have a job. If you're made you're working on Christmas Eve, find a job that isn't retail. That said, it's Christmas, I too have things to do but I wanted to use the services that I pay for, during your business hours, and i ended up inconveniencing your schedule. If you want to talk about someone, especially someone who is paying for services that out food on your table, I suggest you do it behind closed doors. read more

cleanest beds, best service, awesome atmosphere! i love the versa spa spray tan and the beds here!

The staff is very rude. The wait times are terrible. This place is also expensive. Not worth paying top dollar for poor customer service.
