I had an inappropriate incident during my first appointment there last February to do laser hair…read moreremoval -- a male who was not working there, just there to fix some things opened the door while I was undressing. I pushed back and he tried to push it open again asking who I was. After this they did fix the doors and added locks that were not in place before. I was also misinformed about the terms of the treatment package I purchased last year. At no point during the purchase was I informed that the treatments would expire after one year. Had this been disclosed, it would have directly affected my decision to proceed. They were very unprofessional, neither of them seemed to know what they were talking about or doing and had to constantly go back and forth with questions before I finished my purchase. After completing my first few treatments, I contacted their office and explained that I had multiple trips planned and would be returning the following fall to continue treatment, particularly due to sun exposure concerns. During that conversation, there was still no mention of an expiration date or any urgency to use the remaining sessions. In December, I scheduled another appointment without issue and booked a follow-up. Shortly afterward, I was contacted and told I needed to move the appointment up because my treatments would expire before that date. This was extremely frustrating, as this was the first time I was made aware of any expiration. I would not have allowed such a significant balance to go unused had I known there was a strict time limit. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I waited nearly 20 minutes only to be told that the machine was down and that I would be contacted to reschedule. I was not. After two weeks with no follow-up, I had to call to schedule the appointment myself. I've tried to resolve this with the owner for over a month without putting out a bad review because the girl whe did my treatments did a great job but the owner will not respond. They are very unprofessional when you call and there is no accountability with management.

best place to tan and staff is great I love this place…read more I coming here for 2 years and Layton location rocks

Oasis Plus Therapies is my second home and honestly I think they've seen me sweat more than anyone…read moreI've ever dated. I'm there 2 to 3 times a week doing what can only be described as a full-body exorcism through science. Infrared sauna? Yes. I sweat out every bad decision I've made since 2006. Red light therapy? I pretend I'm a plant and photosynthesize my way back to sanity. Compression therapy? Like being aggressively hugged by a robot that actually cares about your circulation. Then we get to the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. If you've never laid inside a pressurized tube breathing pure oxygen and reevaluating your entire life while your cells regenerate in real time, you haven't lived. Cryotherapy? Imagine being blasted with Arctic air while questioning your life choices and then walking out feeling like a baby deer reborn into the wellness dimension. And the chiropractor? Life-changing. Every pop and crack is like a stress demon being evicted. I've left those appointments taller, lighter, and questioning whether I should propose to my spine. The staff is the best part. They're warm, knowledgeable, and somehow always know exactly what I need without me saying a word. I walk in looking like I just survived a natural disaster and leave floating like a monk who owns an ice bath and six supplements no one's heard of. This place is not just wellness. It's personality rehab. If you're not doing all this on a weekday afternoon in Layton, what are you even doing with your nervous system.
