After my trim and our conversation I decided to book another appointment to get some highlights to hide my grey/white. I was able to make an appointment for Friday and it was nothing but enjoyable. I LOVE my artist and she really listed to what I wanted and made it happen. The shop is nice as well and they have complementary water and coffee out in the open in front. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. If you need a new artist go see Deyanira and she will take care of you! I think that they have read everyone's reviews and have made a conscious effort to step up their customer service game. WAN did AMAZING. He took his time getting the perfect shape of my nails. He helped address my concerns of my nails growing out crooked and even built them back up in a way so that they looked straight. Not too thin, not too thick, perfect acrylic application. He took his time to build up the apex, making sure I didn't get the dreaded flat acrylic nails.
