Went in for a pedicure. Water was cold, had to ask for hor water, got luke warm. was rushed through. lady got up during my pedicure to start another pedicure and someone else finished mine. came out with rough dry heels... she scrubed them for maybe 30 secs each. Ended with a maybe 90 sec massage. worst pedicure ever. I paid $50 for them to paint my nails. I never leave reviews, but this was so bad i felt like I needed to warn people. I wish I could show a picture of my heels so you could see they look dry and cracked as I came in. read more

I went to Kimmy nails for a last-minute appointment while in town. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they look nothing like what I wanted their crooked. We called at the last minute to book a mom and daughter pedicure. What a great place and the pricing was amazing! They did an excellent job. We have told everyone in Logan about this place now. We will definitely be back! We live in Salt Lake and I would drive up there just to get a pedicure here. It was so busy but that didn't detract from the experience. this was the worst experience i have had at a salon, and the worst set I have ever had. I made an appointment, and when i showed up they started working on my nails for about 5 minutes. Until a regular wanted a pedicure along with her nails, and i was left for 45 minutes while they worked on her. my nails were inconsistent lengths, and bumpy. I also lost a nail LESS THAN 2 WEEKS after they were done, and another 5 nails were lifting at the bottom. The nails were placed so far up, that it looked like 4 weeks of grow out after only 1 week. read more

They were able to get me in super last minute which I was so grateful for. I could tell I was with a new technician. My acrylic fill ended up being super thick and when I asked to fix certain things the technician would try their best but needed more direction than I could give. They put up to four layers of gel polish to try and fix the unevenness of the hardened acrylic but it can only do so much. read more

I was disappointed with my experience here. There were so many positive reviews that I was anticipating a wonderful experience. But the staff was very rude and unfriendly. Someone started to do my nails, but then left to go help a walk in client while I just sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come finish the job.
