As soon as I entered, I was greeted, and offered a drink as I was picking out a color. I think that they have read everyone's reviews and have made a conscious effort to step up their customer service game. WAN did AMAZING. He took his time getting the perfect shape of my nails. He helped address my concerns of my nails growing out crooked and even built them back up in a way so that they looked straight. Not too thin, not too thick, perfect acrylic application. He took his time to build up the apex, making sure I didn't get the dreaded flat acrylic nails. I believe I paid about 50 dollars after a tip, which I think is fair considering the quality service I received. I will definitely be coming back!! I LOVE my artist and she really listed to what I wanted and made it happen. The shop is nice as well and they have complementary water and coffee out in the open in front.
