The best hair place I have been to for a long time! I absolutely love Emma she does such a great job on my highlights!

I just moved to Logan and I was very nervous about finding a new stylist because there is always a chance you and that stylist just don't click but that was not the case here. This place is right next to Angie's diner and the parking is located in the back. I called on Monday midday and had an appointment for a trim with Deyanira on Wednesday. After my trim and our conversation I decided to book another appointment to get some highlights to hide my grey/white. I was able to make an appointment for Friday and it was nothing but enjoyable. I LOVE my artist and she really listed to what I wanted and made it happen. The shop is nice as well and they have complementary water and coffee out in the open in front. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. If you need a new artist go see Deyanira and she will take care of you! She is new to the area as well and an awesome addition to this shop. She is def my stylist here in Logan! read more

EXCELLENT! I have been a patron at this salon for years, and every time has been a great experience. Got a haircut and pedi this time, both were absolutely great, the aestheticians there do high quality work and are always very kind and helpful. I had a delicious cup of coffee during my pedicure, very nice touch. The atmosphere is upscale, quiet, and comfortable, they offer coffee and tea in their waiting area; they also sell high quality hair products as well as the entire lineup of Bare Minerals makeup. We initially had a bad experience with this salon, however, I was so impressed with the way their management handled it, I decided to revise my original review. When the manager found out about my daughter's experience she immediately called me. She listened to everything I had to say and apologized for what had happened the day before. She spoke to both employees involved and offered to not only refund my money but also help fix the problem for free. I am very impressed with their response, it made all the difference! read more

I have been hopping from hairstylist to hairstylist when I first moved to Logan until I came here. The salon itself is very nice, and I know they offer great services other than haircuts. I would highly recommend going to Becca because she makes sure that she is thorough, and she gives me exactly the look and cut I wanted. She asks the questions to make sure that you are on the same page. They can also usually get you in pretty fast which is also very nice. read more

I'm never disappointed when I leave serendipity, and I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I decided I wanted to donate my hair this time. Cutting off so much hair is very scary. Becca did an amazing job, I didn't feel rushed at all. She took her time and gave me a great haircut. Which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her and this salon. read more

I absolutely love Serendipity. I only go there to get my eye lashes tinted, but their service is great. They have the cheapest lash tinting in the Cache Valley and Ursula is the goddess of all things eye and brow. Definitely recommend! read more

Great place! I used their waxing services. Ursula is so awesome! I got a Brazilian, leg and underarm wax. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. Which if you've had a Brazilian wax, feeling comfortable with your ass in the air with someone putting hot wax on your butt isn't very easy! They're also very reasonably priced for their service. I went in needing a cut and color to cover my faded purple streaks. Megan did an amazing job with both the cut and color. She was very receptive to my ideas and understood what I was looking for and was able to go even further to make my new style fabulous. I called in and got a same day appointment (shocking) for a cut and color with Becca. I absolutely love the results (red with highlighting). I've had a few appointments with other highly rated salons since I've moved back to Logan and have left with hair color I feel that I could have done at home with a box and have felt rushed (leaving with wet hair, etc). Not the case here with Becca, I highly recommend her, she picked up quickly what I was looking for and went with it, didn't rush through the appointment, and finished with a great hair cut and dry hair. Went in for a re-layering and cut (just a couple inches off) for my thick curly hair. I asked specifically for someone who had a lot of experience with curly hair, and while the service was nice and friendly, and the price was good, I'm not pleased with the cut. It's pretty clear the stylist I was given isn't familiar with my type of hair. She thinned and textured it (without asking me first) which broke the natural curls of my hair. I haven't been able to wear it down since without curling it myself with a curling iron (something I never had to do before) They're probably great if you have straight or wavy hair, but steer clear if you have anything out of the ordinary. read more

I went in for a trim and a blonde balayage. My stylist was very nice and seemed like she knew what she was doing. The color turned out fine but when I got home and took a closer look at it, the whole under layer of my hair was just choppy with color. There were so many pieces with straight lines where she bleached it and I didn't catch it soon enough to get it fixed. If it were an all over color I recommend them but if you want a true balayage I wouldn't go here. read more

After reading several reviews, I decided Serendipity Salon was the best option in Logan. I made an appointment to get my hair done for my engagement photos later in the week. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Andrea, was my stylist. She was very nice and polite. I explained and showed her several photos of what I wanted my hair to look like and she began working on me hair.  After about an hour and a half of having my hair done, she proceeded to finish up. As the two hour mark hit, her next appointment came and I was "finished" leaving with wet hair and was not sure how it looked. I paid my $107 for an incomplete job, I went home and blow dried my hair and it looked horrible. NOTHING like I wanted. I called and emailed the salon to get back in to get it fixed. They said they would reach out to me and get me scheduled. No phone call, no email.  I went in the next day and explained what happened and the manager was so embarrassed, she tried calling the stylist several times and texting her too. No response. I called back the following day (day 3) and said I hadn't heard anything. The receptionist said she tried calling the stylist and will try again. A few moments after hanging up the stylist texted me and said she would gladly fix my hair but only had 30 mins to do it the next day. I have a lot of hair and 30 minutes was not going to fix it. I told the stylist that 30 mins was not going to be enough but she assured me it was. I was unsure about this and asked for a refund of my money because I was not satisfied with anything I received from Serendipity Salon. She said a full refund was not an option but a 40$ refund was. I called the salon, demanded my money back and they said a manager should reach out to me shortly... no call. Frustrated, I cancelled my "fix" appointment with them.  I scheduled an appointment at K salon. They took care of me with great CUSTOMER SERVICE. After spending 4 hours to fix my hair, even staying late to make sure it was blow dried and straighten, I left happy. I had not heard from a salon manager. My fiance went in the following day (day 5) to talk to the manager or owner but they "were not available" nor could their numbers be given out. Frustrated, he left his phone number and told them to call him as soon as possible. Day went by and no call to either myself or him.  Day 6, I called in and demanded to talk to a manager, finally I was able to get my full $107 refund back. In short, Serendipity Salon has horrible customer service, managers/owners are hard to contact, and their stylists are difficult to work with and may be incompetent to do hair. I'm never going there again nor will I ever recommend it to friends. read more

I'm new to Logan. In driving around Serendipity was by far the cutest Salon Front. I called and made an appointment for my mom with Derek-WOW!!!! She looked stunning! Later I called to make an appointment for me with him but he was too booked, but Adair was available at short notice. I was skeptical. She did the best beige weave I've ever had! I got a Serendipity pedicure from Erin today. It was by far the BEST pedicure I've ever had. The hot stone massage on my feet and legs was so relaxing and helped me unwind. I left with beautiful, soft feet and gorgeous toes. I felt totally pampered and can't wait to go back! read more

I love Serendipity! You seriously cannot go wrong. You wouldn't think it would make that much of a difference, but the atmosphere is SO relaxing and friendly. I love how easy booking an appointment is over the internet and when I first started going to the salon, I was really nervous about finding the right stylist. I emailed reception and asked what they would recommend for my specific hair type and needs. Reception answered me super quick and made a great evaluation of which stylist would best suit me---I LOVED my cut and color, so much so that I've never gone to anyone else since. Unfortunately, my stylist quit a little while ago, so I'll follow her to her next salon, but I'll be sad to miss out on the Serendipity experience. Go to Serendipity! You'll love it! read more
