I was not impressed. The gal that did our pedicures did an okay job. She was good with trimming the cuticles pushing them back filing the nails she never used a toenail clipper. And my toenails were in desperate need of clipping. All she did was file them down. When it came to the massage she was so soft at touching my feet I barely could feel the massage. The benches that you sit on for your pedicure are very uncomfortable and hard. They give you pillows to lean against but it just doesn't work and you put your feet in a bowl. I do not recommend having a pedicure here because it is so uncomfortable. They really need to buy some chairs. read more

If you want a basic hair cut, this is fine. DO NOT GO for color services or color correction however. After being severely disappointed with how my hair turned out (not at all what I expected), they just tried to convince me I was wrong. The stylist indicated that if I really didn't like it I'd have to come back another time for a different look (which I'd have to pay for, of course), but indicated it was my fault for not knowing what I really wanted (not true, I was very clear on my hair goals). Spent $100 on a hair job I hated, then the next hour crying in my car. read more

This is a cozy place. I like coming here for pedicures with my grandparents and for hair cuts. The staff is friendly and knows when you want to talk and when you want to think. It is best to schedule an appointment a few days in advance for hair cuts and pedicures need a week in advance or more during the summer. read more

She's very knowledgeable about current trends and updated techniques which I appreciate, since she won't get stuck in a rut but also helps her guides towards cuts and color that work best for me. I go to The Kutting Edge regularly for my pedicures and enjoy it every time I go. They are very friendly and always get me in on time.

The salon is really cute, the workers are so sweet & it is such a nice atmosphere but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for any of there services. I've gotten my nails done there & they did a fine job. I also tried the eyebrow waxing and I wouldn't say they did the best job. But what really got me was the eyelashes. I got my eyelashes done there for about 4 months and at first they were fine but the lady just started to get sloppy & before I knew it I had glue clumps all over my eyes. It was awful. When I went to get them removed somewhere else the person removing them was shocked at how bad they were and my eyelashes were ruined. It's a killer price but it's worth it to go somewhere else for better quality. read more

My recent experience at this salon definitely won't have me coming back. First off, when I called initially, I was told that they do acrylic nails and that the price was $30 for a fill and $30 for a backfill. When I made the appointment, I was told $38 for a back fill. I scheduled the appointment with Jen. When I went in for my appointment, I was told she only does gel AND it would be $45, so hesitantly I went ahead with it because I needed them done. Less than 24 hours later they were chipping. I called back and they would not stand behind their work. I am not hard on my nails and I really think they should last longer than 24 hours. This place doesn't know their you know what from their elbow..... I called and asked for a price for a set of acrylics and then how much they would be to fill. I got told it would be $35 dollars either way. I then set up to have my nails done by Jen. She took a really long time..... she did a fill and it took her over 2hrs to complete. As I sat down I verified the price and was told by her that it would be $45 dollars! I told her that someone said it was only $35 but she replied with a quick no, sorry. My nails really needed to be filled so I went ahead anyway.... it was a bad decision because less than 24 hrs later my gel nail, since she told me she doesn't do acrylic even though I was told she did, chipped on my thumb. I didn't even jam it or anything. I called to get it fixed and was told that she only works there once a month and I would have to pay $5 for someone else to fix it! I just paid $50 counting my tip! No customer service and they couldn't care less. read more

I walked into Kutting Edge with hair destroyed by another salon. Jessica was amazing. First she fixed the mistakes, then she colored and wove in highlights that left my hair looking natural and beautiful. As an added bonus, everyone at Kutting Edge is so friendly you may come in a stranger, but you leave as friends. This place is the best. I love getting my hair cut each time. My stylist is amazing! She gives me a head massage at the end of my hair cut every time. The massage along with the fact that my hair always looks good puts this place over the top. I leave feeling like a million bucks. They offer u free drinks while you wait and it is super clean.
