Wonderful! My best friend and I stopped here on a trip from out of state. Dallin took us as walk ins. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The shop itself was very clean and organized. Dallin's art is very impressive with great attention to detail. He drew exactly what I wanted just off of a description. The tattoo turned out great and was minimally painful. I came here with my mom, sister, and girlfriend and all 4 of us got nose studs. However for me, mine came out in 2 days, for my girlfriend, a week, and for my sister, 3 weeks and my mom has been OBSESSIVELY tightening hers multiple times a day to ensure it doesn't fall out, but today it did. We spent $500 with tip that day and they all fell out less than a month later. read more

I love this place to get pierced! I got my second lobes and helix here back in April and liked it enough to come back to get my thirds and my boyfriends first ever. I was super informed on how to take care of my freshly pierced ears and given free solvent. Tyler talked us through whole thing and was very professional and caring. I got my first piercing here about a year ago. It was very professional and sanitary, and I felt like I was in good hands. Bridger was very nice the whole time and gave good aftercare instructions, including where to find certain saline solutions and what not to do. It healed quickly and without problems like infections or piercing bumps. I recently went back to get another piercing done and Tylor was great too. Both of them were polite and professional and made the experience fun. Will definitely be going back for more piercings and tattoos in the future. read more

My two daughters went to get matching ear piercing from James Bridger Owner of Surreal Ink. They came home and couldn't stop talking about how rude he was to them and the other two girls in their group. He had to pierce Katie's ear twice cause he messed up. Lissa has one infected ear and the other one fell out the next day. We went back to the shop durning business hours and it was closed. I called and left a message, no return call. Her ear has closed up already and she spent $120 to have hers done. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this place to anyone. He made a lot of money for two hours work piecing four girls. I would definitely pick a shop that stands behind their work, knows what they are doing the first time and is there when during office hours. read more
