Downside I had with her was professionalism, I set up an appointment weeks in advance. I arrived to my appointment a little early and signed in, she arrived 30 minutes after my appointment time and went to set up, and didn't apologize for her lateness. I was finally in the chair alone another thirty minutes after that (hour into my appointment). She went to go sketch out the stencil, this took another 30-45 minutes. She finally STARTED tattooing me two hours past my appointment time. It was insanely disrespectful as I had plans after and the two hour delay made me need to cancel them. She didn't apologize once for her tardiness or give an excuse. On a brighter note, the piercer, Dylan Hegwer, was very kind. I came in for a walk in and he got ready for me. Counted me down before he pierced and was very clear in what he was doing next each step of the process. Healing very nicely. Overall the business itself seems great, some of the workers are questionable

The other tattoo girl & piercing guy who use to be there were so bad, I wouldn't get a tattoo or piercing from them. Sabastian the owner is so professional & I can't believe how many people from other states would fly to see him & McKenzie the other tattoo artist is awesome people. I truly recommend this shop, because they treat you like part of the family that I "NEVER" had that sort of experience in my life. The vibe is out of the world & something I've never experienced before. The owner coming from Hawaii is definitely a true & awesome tattoo artist.
