I don't usually write these, but the reason I chose Trichology was because of all the great reviews. I didn't have a good experience. The girl who cut my hair was kind of rude and wasn't even going to straighten or style my hair until I asked. When I asked her any questions about hair care she said "I don't know". On top of this, I absolutely hate my haircut. I brought in pictures and asked if the cut would work with my hair (she said, "it's really all preference"...?) and it apparently doesn't. read more

What's not to love? I called and was able to book at appointment within the week, I came in and told Linsey what I wanted and she nailed it, and there was super great service and conversation the entire time! I took off about 7 inches and went from long to lob. She knew exactly how to do the cut in the most up-to-date and stylish way, and gave me options as we went. I showed her pictures for inspiration too. Her price was extremely reasonable for my wash, cut, and style. She took her time too which was nice- sometimes I feel that when you get just a cut you are rushed through, not the case here. LINDSAY is BOMB! She really has quite the talent. She definitely knows what she's doing. I found her on yelp and took the leap. I'm always nervous to try a new stylist but recently moved and obviously needed a professional to do my hair considering my roots where grown out. Lindsay came to the rescue and did such a wonderful job. Shes really good at getting the blonde just right with no brass. lindsay has a go-getter attitude and is really easy to talk to. When I walked in the door, I felt as though I had stepped into my best friend's bedroom. The best friend that I had, as a teenager, who had all the best beauty products. The best friend whose mother never said no to her. Secretly I was always jealous of her and her cool look, with her cool clothes and even cooler jewelry. I was immediately put at ease, which for me, and my mane, is not an easy thing. My appointment was for a cut and color. My hair (as previously yelped) is long, dry, and curly. Stephanie treated my hair brilliantly! She brushed it (instead of combing-which proved she had experience with curly locks), she colored it (just the roots as requested) and she washed it (head massage included!). She then fixed the bangs that I destroyed myself. What a difference!! My favorite part is that the time flew and the conversation wasn't awkward at all! I've been seeing Linsey at Trichology for a couple of years now. She's very friendly and I'm always happy with my hair (usually just a cut but she did an balayage for me once and I really liked how it turned out) Also, if you're not happy with it after trying out your new style for a few days, she offers her # to schedule to come back and do minor adjustments if possible. read more

Stephanie gave me a great cut. She was fixing something that wasn't right from my previous cut. She didn't have a lot to work with but she did a terrific job. She's really sweet too. And I got a facial from Emily. She really knocked yourself out. I've never fallen asleep during a facial before. I was out like a light. When I woke up I felt great. And my skin looked glowing. She also massages your upper arms and hands that was when I fell asleep. She put headphones on so the salon conversations would be drowned out. That was a very nice touch. I appreciated that I could get in quickly and the price was great but I hated my haircut. I decided to try a new salon and stylist and 100% regret the experience. I asked for a trim (not a new hair style or even coloring) to cut off split ends and ended up having to walk her through the entire haircut. I had to specifically ask for her to wash my hair and style it at the end, which I thought was odd. I know some stylists chose not to do those things so when I made the appointment, I had asked if washing and styling hair was usually included in the haircut at their salon and they said yes so I really didn't like that she was going to skip it if I didn't ask. I also asked for her opinion on how much to cut off to get healthy hair and she said we could really just do what I thought was best. She didn't give me her opinion after I specifically asked for it multiple times. I ended up cutting off 3 inches after she hesitantly suggested 1 inch and although it was better, I still had a lot of split ends when I went home. I wish she would have said something like, "to get your hair healthy again, I would recommend cutting off X inches." I feel like this haircut was a waste of my time and money because I still needed a haircut when I left. From the reviews, it looks like Linsey does a good job, but I would NOT go to anyone else at Trichology. I do not recommend this salon, my experience was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. read more

The owner Stephanie is fantastic. Linsey is also amazing. Their service is awesome and they have a great selection of products. I am on a swim team and Stephanie recommended a great shampoo to get rid of the chlorine. If you're looking for a new stylist, I'd recommend trying Trichology. read more

Best salon in Logan ! Amazing stylists , fantastic and latest products ! Steph is an amazing stylist , colorist , and hair guru ! She took my much damaged hair and returned it to a healthy state while still maintaining my desired color ! I was so excited to try the salon because I have heard so many good things and read so many good reviews but I've tried calling and sending text messages multiple times and they have not gotten back to me so I haven't been able to book an appointment. So I went ahead and made an appointment with Salon K and it was really easy and simple.
