The mani was 8 minutes and I asked if she was done and they said yes they should never last longer than 15 minutes. My daughter got a pedicure and I have attached a post pedicure picture. If I could give them a zero I would. When I commented on the service they literally started yelling at me. I had my daughter and two granddaughters with me for a girls day. My daughter ask them to please stop yelling as we had children with us and they continued. Horrible experience had by all. stay far away from this place. read more

I went to get a Mani Pedi with my mother and my two daughters and it was the most horrible experience ever. Manicure lasted for less than 10 minutes with my mom and when she asked if they were done she said yes. They started yelling at her. I asked them to stop yelling as we had two little girls with us and they refused to listen. When my mom asked why they were yelling, they got louder. It was extremely embarrassing to everyone in the establishment as well as my daughters were mortified. They are only of 7 and 9. They kept saying if a pedicure and manicure lasted more than 15 minutes we'd have to shut down our door. Do you know how much our rent is. when I brought up the point that when ladies like to come to get their nails done, they like to relax. The gentleman said they come for mani and pedis not to relax. I moved to Preston Idaho from Salt Lake and it took me a while to find Angel and Tina. The salon is clean, they are very skilled and I love my mani&pedi. Angel has also waxed my face and it was great. They are better than the nail salon I went to in Salt Lake. I highly recommend them. I saw on a couple of reviews that they were rude. Not so! I have never had such horrible service. Tina couldn't be bothered to get off her butt to give me a pedicure. She was rough and hurt me. Most pedicures end in nice pretty nails and a feeling of relaxation. NOPE! She did even paint my toes! I'm a generous tipper, but she got ZERO from me. DO MOT GO TO Angel Nails. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got a manicure and pedicure done and they did a horrible job. They rushed me and would hardly let me speak without interrupting me. When they did my pedicure, they hardly scrubbed my feet and got paint all around the skin on my toes. They barely filed the nails and barely did anything to my cuticles. When it came time for my manicure, I had to cut my own cuticles. I asked the man working if he could do it and he said "Yes I'll give you the cutters". Like seriously???? They did not file my nails and when asked to they swiped the nail file once along my nails. They did not finish my gel manicure properly either. No alcohol was sprayed after they were done, no lotion on the arms, nothing. My toes look nothing nice and my fingernails look like they were half assed. read more

Clean environment, not such a friendly welcome or feeling. Asked for a specific shape of acrylic nail and got something completely different. Not very careful with the drills either, he cut my fingers more than twice (to the point I had to rip my hand away from him.) I love Angel Nails. I have been going here for over 10 years. Sometimes they're rushed and stressed- calling ahead to schedule your appointment helps this to not happen. They say they take walk ins, but they're always busy. Just call ahead ‍ Always very friendly and I love getting the sns nails. I only go for fills once a month and they never chip or lift. read more

So fast it was ridiculous and didn't clip any skin around my toenails. That's the reason I came in.

They got me in quickly, without an appointment. However, this was around noon on a Friday. Probably much busier later in the afternoon. Not super personable, maybe due to language barrier. I was pleased with the work. Not the best pedi I've ever received, but not the worst by a long shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. I have returned once. I got my nails done there, I love the way they look but I feel like I was overcharged and rushed threw everything. Don't get me wrong they arnt bad but I think I'll try another place next time. My nails are great but for how simple they are they cost to much. I would be okay with them rushing the process if I paid less. And they lady got upset that I started bleeding. read more

Angel nail is very dirty, they do not use labeled sanitized tools on you and I saw mold in one of their bowls, their stuff is covered in dust and what not also you have to call 3 hours in advance for paraffin wax... I will.never go back...... read more

They do good work. The biggest problem is that is takes two hours for your pedicure apt. Twice now I have had an apt and waited for over an hour in cold foot water. Suuuuuper unorganized. read more

I had an expired gift certificate. The first girl who helped me was very nice. I asked to talk to the manager to see if they would still honor it, but he was very rude. He was loud and involved everyone in the whole place. He said he didn't care how we felt. He had horrible customer service. He wouldn't listen to anything we said, and said he didn't care. I've never experienced such a rude manager who could care less about the customer. He wouldn't even talk to me. He walked away and said talk to her (one of his employees). I have always gone there, referred all of my friends and family, bought every gift certificate from there. However, I will never step foot in there again. I will never refer them to anyone ever again. My mom got an infection in her toe at one of her pedicures there, but we kept going back. Not now or ever again!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone told me how rude and gross these people were but I always defended them. I got there SNS nails which I loved you have to get them redone about every 2 weeks. So I was getting into the flow of being a regular. We went out of town so I had to reschedule my appt twice in a row because we needed to stay a few more days. When I called to reschedule I got banned! He told me I could never come back because I had rescheduled twice!!! Like "no soup for you" style WTF??? At least I called a day prior I didn't do a NO SHOW! I've never been treated so rudely!! I've been in several times for both pedis and manis and each time it's incredibly awkward and none of the clients spoke. Now I know it's because they are trying to not get banned! It is very unorganized and all the family act like they hate their lives. So why not stop banning your clients make a butt load off your regulars and retire instead of doing nails til you kill over because you can't keep a client base!
