Went in to get acrylic nails and was put off from the beginning. I thought they were closed when I walked in to no customers and the only 2 employees were lounging in the pedicure chairs. No music playing so it was silent and vacant the whole time. Wish I would brought headphones... the tech thinned out my nails too much with the dremel that they burned and ached. She applied too much powder which made my nails too thick. Never coming back read more

I got an acrylic fill here and it was a terrible decision. She was very rude and unprofessional. The gel is bubbly and very sloppy. The nails are awful looking. Also I signed my receipt and left. She then followed me out and told my I did my math wrong for the tip line. I looked and she had filled out a $5 tip for me on my receipt after I had left. I called her out on it and she started scribbling out the $5 tip line when I said something. Very shady and a very unprofessional place. I'm so sad I spent my money here! This place is not good for me or how they are rushing to get to the next customer be there and honestly if they wouldn't rush it I think they would be better but they Rush every time and I refuse to go back to them especially because I am a good customer who paid for service and I'm not happy with it. My nails are not painted right and they are ruff and scratchy at touch and it's Bull that I am so nice I just didn't want to cause a scene in the place while I should have spoken up and here's the truth about it All so I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone I'm serious about it. After having a horrible experience at LA nails where they ripped off my acrylics resulting in a cracked and bleeding thumb nail I quickly went to happy nails. they took me right away and went to work on fixing my nails. i'm very pleased with my results. i'll be back! read more

I was visiting Logan from out of town and really needed a pedi. I called around to many places but everyone was booked. Happy nails was also booked but managed to "squeeze me in". That was the only good thing about my experience. Because they didn't REALLY have the time, they did a half job. The woman didn't say much of anything to me. She didn't ask how I prefer the length of my nails, how my day was, nothing. She also rushed through everything. If I had to do it over again, I'd have just skipped getting a pedicure. Not even a week has gone by, and one whole toenail's polish has come off. I'm just glad that it wasn't a super expensive place, or I'd be really upset. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I showed her photos of what I wanted for my acrylic nails, & what I got was considerable shorter & completely round, when I asked for them to be pointed. I asked her not to go any shorter several times, & she just glanced & me & continued to file them down. They ended up barely longer than my natural nails. The polish is smeared & uneven, you can see the nails through some parts. I told her they weren't what I asked for & she said it was my fault. Later, when paying, I asked for a discount because I wasn't satisfied (something I have NEVER done) & she became very aggressive, raising her voice & saying it was my fault again. I am very shy & not confrontational, so it was very unusual for me to express dissatisfaction to the nail lady, but it was so bad I had to. I came with a friend & she had the same experience. Seriously, DON'T go here. read more

I've been here twice and both times I walked out happy with the work they did. The first time I had a full set ($25) done. She listened to the way that I wanted my nails sculpted and asked me if I liked them before continuing. The second time I went in for a fill ($17) and had a different woman. She also did a fabulous job. I'd recommend sitting with your nails drying a few minutes longer than they set the timer. Update 6/14/16 I went in for my fill and discovered fungus under one of my nails. The man who was doing my nails was acting like he had no idea what it was. While he was filing down the rest of my nails, I did some googling. I told him that it was mold and would like the nail taken off. He had fungus treatment drops under the front counter. He asked me to stop by once a day to apply more. I advised him I would buy my own. I will never ever go back. One week later another nail fell off completely and had MORE fungus. Ive never had this problem in all the years I've been getting acrylics. read more

What a great place! I have been getting my nails done by Angel for the last year and she is really great. I usually bring in nail art photos for inspiration. I have never had a bad manicure here. Also she is great at eye brows and only charges $10 to wax and trim them. The only draw back is everyone who works there had a very thick accent and are sometimes difficult to communicate with. read more

My mother went into this place to get her nails done. Instead of buffering her acrylic nails, that she already had on, they tore off her acrylic nails from her real nails. She said it was so painful and she has no idea why they were doing it that way. So she was there for about three minutes before she got up and walked out. Also when she tried calling them to make an appointment she asked if they had anything after 3:30pm. They asked her what time. She asked if they had anything between they 3:30pm and 5pm and they again asked what time. She said I'm not sure, I want to know what you have first and they asked for what time. She just gave up and said 3:30pm. They said okay and hung up. Didn't take her name or phone number or anything. Waste of time and gas. Do not go here. read more

Don't get acrylic nails from this place. The tips weren't glued to my nails completely so water was able to get into them. I went to Foxy nails for a fill and they had to pull them off because they were moldy! read more

I got my nails done today for the first time in a long time, I told her I wanted ombre, square and she went on her way. They were beautiful when finished but still to long for my role In health care so I filed them down a bit and rounded the edges when I got home. All in all I'm happy. Like I usuly am when I go here. She may seem unhappy at times but maybe she was having a bad day. If you want someone who chats the whole time try somewhere else. I enjoy the quiet and listening to the cooking shows on tv. read more

This place is horrible. It may be on the cheaper side but has horrible service. They can't do a basic acrylic without paint without it looking cracked and off center. My nails look cheap and awkward. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

I can only speak for customer service. My mother and I walked in to get our nails done for our wedding. The two workers acknowledged us with a glance, but nothing else. We were not greeted. We were not informed how long it would take for us to be seated. We asked to see color swatches and they didn't not reply. 20 minutes later we left and went elsewhere. read more

Horrible. My wife went in to get her nails done. She had acrylic on her nails so they had to take those off. Without soaking them first in acetone, the lady just starts ripping them off. By the end my wife was bawling and bleeding. They end up painting her nails and charging her $18 for everything. I come to find out my sister and her friend had the same experience the exact same day. Between my mom and my brother in law calling trying to get an explanation of why these ladies did this, they got hung up on 20-30 times. So I decided to go in and get my money back. Long story short I had to threaten to call the better business bureau and the health department before they finally decided to give me the $18 back. Then had the nerve to tell me to "please don't come back". The older lady, who I'm assuming is the owner, is a nasty old lady... would only recommend that people NEVER go here. read more

I got a pedicure yesterday. Terrible customer service from the moment my friend and I walked in. We called ahead, they only had one person ready, when the second one was finished with her manicure. She came over and rushed through mine, jabbing me in my big toe. She NEVER asked me one question or even greeted me. They sat there talking another language the whole time. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! It needs to be shut down. I have NEVER been to a nail salon that rips your acrylic nails off by hand instead of soaking them in acetone or filing them down. Every single nail was bleeding by the end and I am a very tough person and my eyes were watering I was in so much pain. This place is SO DIRTY. I have read multiple reviews on this place and it sounds like they are very rough with a lot of their customers making them bleed and I am sure they do not clean their tools. VERY unsanitary. The older lady is a nasty, rude lady. WORST customer service. I will NEVER go back and I PROMISE I will tell everyone I know to pick ANYWHERE but Happy Nails. read more
