Everyone there is always kind and always helpful. What I want to say right now is not anything against the store, it's against the people that shop in it. It should be obvious that this is a store for people to come and test and shop for beauty products. It is not a store where you can drop off your kids or allow your preteens to entertain themselves while you are doing your shopping. Just about every time I go in lately there are young kids milling about in groups and according to a friend of mine that works there, they are often shoplifting. Tonight when I went, there was a woman who had her 8 - 10-year-old girl with her and her daughter was slathering anything and everything on her face and arms. The mother gave no mind to her daughter's actions. She even encouraged it!! What are you teaching your kids when you're letting them go into a place of business, and take up space and time away from the people that are there to do business inside the store? i'm embarrassed for these parents and more than that, these parents should be embarrassed for themselves and their kids. Please, PLEASE, teach your kids that Sephora isn't a "hangout" nor is it a place to play dress up with the samplers. Teach your kids what it is to respect a business.
