This is out of my way, but after seeing the professionalism and all the products, I won't mind frequenting this location to stock up on all my hairstyling needs! Thank you Farmington Cosmo Prof! My first experience with false lashes was at a high end spa in Park City, and they burned my eyes and were very insensitive. I thought I would never get them again after that, but after seeing everyone have them I really wanted them again! I told Racheal what had happened the first time I had them put on, and she assured me it would not happen at Lash Effect! She was right, perfect lashes, no pain for over a year now! I had a cashier attempt to upsell me on their promotion of the day (which is totally fine I understand it's their job to do) and I honestly wasn't interested in getting a bunch of product I didn't want even if it saved me some money. Initially I told her I wasn't interested politely but she continued to push so I conceded and decided to take a look at the promotion options which happened to be body sprays. I picked out one that I thought was decent and I brought it up to the counter and she continued to tell me that I needed two for the promotion. I again told her I wasn't interested and to just put the body spray away and that I was fine with spending the regular amount for what I actually wanted. This cashier continued to press over and over to me the promotion after I had told her I wasn't interested multiple times. A customer shouldn't have to reject a sales associate more than a couple times to get the point across. I eventually got mad and told her to stop because at that point I was mad that she wasn't listening to me. I don't appreciate pushy sales associates sometimes a no is a no and you have to respect it! I shouldn't have to tell you I'm uninterested 5 different times it's bad customer service. Learn how to read the room!!!
