The lady on the phone told me just to wait at home and go 15-20 minutes before the end of my wait time. The website updated properly and even sent me a text saying that I was next in line. I arrived 2 hours later within the 20 minute window. When I got there they told me it would be another 2 hour wait and that I should have just come in and got in line. That is not ok. I would have gone to the office two hours earlier and waited there instead of at home. My schedule did not allow me another 2 hours of waiting. So I was forced to go home and self medicate with expired antibiotics. This is why antibiotic resistance is so high! People have no choice!! Ogden clinic is trash. Don't go there!

I have naturally dark brunette hair but I wanted blond highlights and brunette lowlights. Makenna did it perfectly. The owner Sheridan is so kind and advised us along the way. The Salon is beautiful and very relaxing. I thought I was in New York getting my hair done! The prices are really reasonable too. I live in Salt Lake but will be driving to Ogden now. The price is half of what I was paying and it's so beautiful. Now I have to find a way to get my hair thicker so it can be extra beautiful! If you have any suggestions of how to do that let me know!

Oh curse my stubbornness! 6 hours later i hopped out of the shower to find my hair to be (what should have been blue) shades of purple, gray, brown and what can only be described as bleh. When my at home hair dying experiment went awry i didn't know what to do. I wrapped my hair in a turban and began asking friends for advice. My dear friend Kristin had won a hair coloring package from the salon and her red hair was gorgeous! I contacted cherry bomb and they got me in as quickly as possible. I was nervous to say the least, afraid my hair would be fried and fall out or i would have to give up and just go back black. The stylist Natasha Mead was so nice. She understood exactly what i wanted to to, walked me through the process and shared some laughs as well. A few hours later i looked into the mirror at a beautiful shade of blue, the exact color i wanted! It even had pretty highlights of lighter blue in it just like the photo i showed her. Mermaid hair success! Not only did Natasha get me to the blue i wanted but she also gave me a deep conditioning and a trip to restore my hair. My locks feel healthier then they ever have and i couldn't be happier with the color. I don't think i will ever be going to anyone else EVER. And for anyone wanting to do their hair at home, DON'T and go to cherry bomb instead!
