When I looked through the…read moremedicines, I found one that shouldn't have been filled yet; and it was only for 30 days rather than 90 days. I called to resolve. I made the mistake of saying the meds keep getting f***ed up. The ire was not directed at anyone. He hung up on me. Ironically, I actually thought it may have been another computer error or glitch. That was what I kept being told every time it happened. I was thrown off checking on this one because I still had 1.5 month supply. The med shouldn't even have been on the agenda. I call again, and when I finally am passed on to the pharmacist, his immediate comment was if I was ready to be civil. There are a lot of nuances to being civil. Patronizing and talking over someone are very uncivil acts, which is exactly what the pharmacist gave me. He finally told me I could get a refund for the medication. When I asked him how that affected the prescription, I did not receive clarity and was still confused on that point. I go to the store to return the medication. After having the medication refunded, they gifted the 30 day supply due to legalities. Now, I don't really care about the "free" 30 day. I care about the 90 day prescription and the refills. This is important to me because our family insurance requires us to pay the deductible before they cover things, which is $20,000. We have so much cost in medical, it is actually a lot cheaper but does require budgeting. If the prescription was invalidated or shortened the number of refills or changed the amount from 90 days to 30 days (which they have already done previously), I have to schedule another appointment with the specialist which is a couple hundred dollars that is not budgeted. When, yet again, I ask about the prescription ramifications, I'm told that the refund was done, and here are your free pills because we can't take them back. My question again shut down and no answer. At this point I'm done with this pharmacy. I call another pharmacy and start the process of transferring all our family prescriptions. Four days later, I go to the new pharmacy to check that everything is in order. I find that of the 6 accounts with multiple prescriptions requested to transfer, only one prescription was transferred from one account. When the new pharmacist calls the previous pharmacist line for clarification and cooperative resolution, the technician states the pharmacist is unavailable, something about transferring everything and then hanging up without dialog. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The chronic mishandling of prescriptions was very painful. The dismissive and escalating nature of the pharmacist was beyond the measure of civility I could tolerate.

The total price before tax is 16.99. To get only two physical copy at USPS, it's only $15. So I decided to go to Walgreens instead of USPS because of the digital copy. However, based on my personal experience, walgreens do not provide a cut 2 x 2 passport size digital copy. Instead, they provide you the Original uncut photo and you have to cut it to 2 by 2 in an app by yourself. I talked to the staff at the store, they said the system automatically emails the digital version and they have no control over which picture (cut vs. uncut) is sent to Customer's email. They also said it happened to other customers as well. The issue was eventually resolved, but it wasted me 30 minutes to go to the store for the second time to get the cut digital version. The email for the digital version was not sent to me until a couple of minutes later after I pay. If you want to make sure you get the correct cut 2 x 2 passport digital version via email, it's better to wait for the email before you leave so that you don't have to make an extra trip. Below is what says on Walgreens website: Will I receive a digital copy of my passport photo? Yes, in addition to the two 2x2 photo passport prints, you will be given the option to receive a digital copy via email of your passport photo at no extra charge. A digital photo copy on a USB drive is also offered for an additional fee.

After going back and forth, and showing them the proof of payment, they said we were good to go and I moved on. This process literally happened probably three times. However, my credit report was just hit with a bill from Legacy that is two years old. Writing this is painful because I genuinely liked Dr Heaton. He's great and I would love to continue going there but there are some serious problems inside of the billing department that are now directly hitting my credit. Clientele literally travel from around the world for a smile re-design at Arete Design Center, but…read moreall you must do is drive to Woods Cross. This is the type of facility that one would expect to find in a major city. Miraculously, these world-class professionals practice in Utah. After 2 years of orthodontia with another facility to correct my bite pattern, I was left with diastemas (gaps between teeth) that needed considerable cosmetic intervention. To say it was a disappointing end to a long, painful process is an understatement. I learned about Arete after reaching out for recommendations to an out of state family member who practices dentistry. He told me he had been training with the professionals at Arete to state-of-the-art, minimally invasive cosmetic techniques using a composite material that preserves the integrity of the tooth - and that they were located minutes away in Woods Cross. The process that followed was a convenient online intake where I submitted photos and goals for treatment outcomes. Within the week, I had a virtual consultation. A few days later, I was meeting with my provider, Dr. Jordan Davis to review a digital proposal for my new smile that was designed to create balance and complement the structure of my face. This is equal parts science and art. In addition to being an owner, Dr. Davis is an implant surgeon, an artist, and an absolute perfectionist. This is exactly what you want to hear when planning a cosmetic procedure, but he also demonstrated it in every step of the process. When I tell you the level of perfection that I asked for throughout the process, I'm not exaggerating. I think any other provider would have eventually dismissed my concerns or referred me to another dentist out of exasperation. But Dr. Davis was totally undeterred. He leaned in and re-worked to my exacting specifications until I was absolutely and completely satisfied with no feedback left to give. To reach our collective goal and accommodate our demanding schedules, he and dental hygienist Daisy were willing to meet with me at hours unheard of for a dental office. The result was nothing short of absolute and total perfection. The owners/associates who work with Dr. Davis are equally obsessed with perfection. This includes the office manager, front office staff, the dental hygienists, x ray techs, and the other two dentists specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. The office reflects this same perfection in aesthetics, design, function, and technology. Despite all this perfection, this group of associates is genuinely warm, friendly, and down to earth. There is no ego here, and you are treated like an old friend every time you walk through the door. You might also be wondering about how all this world-class talent and technology affect your bottom line. I have never had to follow up on an insurance claim or chase an explanation of charges. Fees for services have always been provided clearly. My smile re-design at Arete was a fraction of what I was quoted by the cosmetic dentist I had been referred to by my orthodontist in Park City, with far more natural looking results. The office manager, Janet, will call you personally to schedule appointments when time opens up and will provide you with an estimate on services beforehand so you know what to expect. I receive reminder notifications a few days ahead of time and the day of my appointment to ensure I'm properly maintaining my smile with cleanings. Since my smile re-design, I've been working with Dr. Carlisle, yet another perfectionist, to create a strategic plan for addressing some other dental issues I've ignored for too long. If ever I leave the area, I'll be traveling long distances for dental services here. If perfection is what you're looking for, you've found it with Arete.

I was fighting back tears after the reveal of my new smile. Dr. Davis is a true artist who took all factors into account when designing my plan. The office provided every possible amenity to make me as comfortable as possible, despite the severe dental anxiety I have experienced my entire life. I cannot recommend this doctor and this office enough. Thank you so much Dr. Jordan and the fabulous people at Areté!!

I've suffered from migraines, clench my jaw, and grind my teeth which causes me extreme pain. My mom has the same condition. I had been complaining to her about how much pain I was in when she let me know about Dr. Davis and a Botox procedure he performed on her. I had know that Botox helped with these symptoms but was honestly too fearful to try it out for myself. I didn't know a doctor I trusted where I live, I had never had Botox before, but I was at my wits end. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Davis and was THRILLED with the results! As I mentioned, I had never had Botox so I had a LOT of questions. I walked in nervous, sweating, and shaking. I have a fear of needles and a fear of the unknown. His staff, seeing how nervous I was, immediately started to put my fears at ease, explaining the procedure, their own experiences, and I started to calm down. Move to the exam room. Hands still sweating, heart racing, and a man with a bright smile comes in... welcome, Dr. Davis. He answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I had about Botox, the procedure, and what my results would look like. He took the time to explain how Botox worked with my muscles and nerves, putting my mind at ease. He checked to make sure every area he was assessing was the accurate place for injections, talked me through the entire procedure, and it was over in mere moments. Fast forward to the following few months... I have been happily pain free. I no longer have to take an excessive amount of medicine for my headaches and jaw pain. I have more movement in my neck and head. It was honestly a miracle to have found a skilled professional who was able to rid me of my pain! So much so that as I type this, I am just one day out from my second treatment (5 months later) and could not be happier with my results. Bottom line: migraines and jaw pain are terrible... and Botox works! I admit it, I was skeptical....very skeptical, but Dr. Davis explained the science and physical responses to me and that made me feel so much better. Feeling the actual results has been such a gift for me. Waking up pain-free has been so wonderful for quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Davis and your AMAZING staff for helping rid me of this terrible pain and help me live a better life!
