After going back and forth, and showing them the proof of payment, they said we were good to go and I moved on. This process literally happened probably three times. However, my credit report was just hit with a bill from Legacy that is two years old. Writing this is painful because I genuinely liked Dr Heaton. He's great and I would love to continue going there but there are some serious problems inside of the billing department that are now directly hitting my credit. To the Legacy Derm Dept - I just paid Bonneville Collections. You won. You got paid (again.) I'm genuinely disappointed and shocked that you would do this despite my being such a long term patient.

The office is perfectly clean and neat and decorated with a peaceful feel. Everyone you meet in the office, is so friendly and helpful, and the doctors are the best in the business. My husband has multiple skin cancers and has to have MOHS surgery often, they take such good care of him, and he actually loves going, and visiting with everyone in the office and the doctors. We both highly recommend these amazing doctors and want to thank them and their entire office staff for their kindness to us with every visit.

I went to pick up several prescriptions for several family members. When I looked through the…read moremedicines, I found one that shouldn't have been filled yet; and it was only for 30 days rather than 90 days. I called to resolve. I made the mistake of saying the meds keep getting f***ed up. The ire was not directed at anyone. He hung up on me. Ironically, I actually thought it may have been another computer error or glitch. That was what I kept being told every time it happened. I was thrown off checking on this one because I still had 1.5 month supply. The med shouldn't even have been on the agenda. I call again, and when I finally am passed on to the pharmacist, his immediate comment was if I was ready to be civil. There are a lot of nuances to being civil. Patronizing and talking over someone are very uncivil acts, which is exactly what the pharmacist gave me. He finally told me I could get a refund for the medication. When I asked him how that affected the prescription, I did not receive clarity and was still confused on that point. I go to the store to return the medication. After having the medication refunded, they gifted the 30 day supply due to legalities. Now, I don't really care about the "free" 30 day. I care about the 90 day prescription and the refills. This is important to me because our family insurance requires us to pay the deductible before they cover things, which is $20,000. We have so much cost in medical, it is actually a lot cheaper but does require budgeting. If the prescription was invalidated or shortened the number of refills or changed the amount from 90 days to 30 days (which they have already done previously), I have to schedule another appointment with the specialist which is a couple hundred dollars that is not budgeted. When, yet again, I ask about the prescription ramifications, I'm told that the refund was done, and here are your free pills because we can't take them back. My question again shut down and no answer. At this point I'm done with this pharmacy. I call another pharmacy and start the process of transferring all our family prescriptions. Four days later, I go to the new pharmacy to check that everything is in order. I find that of the 6 accounts with multiple prescriptions requested to transfer, only one prescription was transferred from one account. When the new pharmacist calls the previous pharmacist line for clarification and cooperative resolution, the technician states the pharmacist is unavailable, something about transferring everything and then hanging up without dialog. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The chronic mishandling of prescriptions was very painful. The dismissive and escalating nature of the pharmacist was beyond the measure of civility I could tolerate.

Walgreens advertises on its website that they do passport photos and customers will receive two…read morephysical copy of passport photos and one digital copy sent to email. The total price before tax is 16.99. To get only two physical copy at USPS, it's only $15. So I decided to go to Walgreens instead of USPS because of the digital copy. However, based on my personal experience, walgreens do not provide a cut 2 x 2 passport size digital copy. Instead, they provide you the Original uncut photo and you have to cut it to 2 by 2 in an app by yourself. I talked to the staff at the store, they said the system automatically emails the digital version and they have no control over which picture (cut vs. uncut) is sent to Customer's email. They also said it happened to other customers as well. The issue was eventually resolved, but it wasted me 30 minutes to go to the store for the second time to get the cut digital version. The email for the digital version was not sent to me until a couple of minutes later after I pay. If you want to make sure you get the correct cut 2 x 2 passport digital version via email, it's better to wait for the email before you leave so that you don't have to make an extra trip. Below is what says on Walgreens website: Will I receive a digital copy of my passport photo? Yes, in addition to the two 2x2 photo passport prints, you will be given the option to receive a digital copy via email of your passport photo at no extra charge. A digital photo copy on a USB drive is also offered for an additional fee.

I have been feeling middle-aged and frumpy (droopy really, everything has started to sag in a sad…read moreway) for a while now. About six weeks ago I brought it up to my husband and he was surprisingly open to having me see someone to fix what was really bugging me about my body. I wouldn't say he pushed me but I felt I was walking into my consult not ready. I honestly thought Dr. Allen Freestone would say to me, "come back when you've lost 50lbs." Far from it. He listened to my concerns and showed me results I could expect. He did recommend liposuction before the mini tummy-tuck I had requested, just so that I would get best results. (Which I was grateful for.) I am three days post surgery from my mini-tummy tuck; my abs and abdomen are completely flat. The incision is clean and perfect. Dr. Freestone was the perfectionist you want. Both me and my husband couldn't be more pleased. Because I am still healing and it only gets better from here, I can't wait for more time out. This was my first experience with Wade Laser Clinic and everyone I made contact with were kind and professional. Dori and Ellie the prep-nurse/surgical nurse? (Sorry, this is where the drugs started to kick in) were amazing. Calmed my nerves, friendly, and knowledgeable- everything I needed. I would do it all over in a heartbeat!!!

I had the most terrible experience here. I was 19 years old and wanted to get laser hair removal. I…read moresaved every dime I could for almost an entire year to have enough to get laser hair removal on my entire body. I was so excited, and I trusted this place because it was connected to my longtime family dr's practice. When I initially went in they said I was a good candidate and after I paid things were good to go. It was extremely painful and after my first session I had large red dashes all over my entire body where the laser had burnt me. The lady assured me this was normal, and since I have a naturally darker skin tone the lasers will pick up on that and burn my skin a little. After going back for a few sessions and asking around I found out this was not normal, and I stopped going in for treatments. Keep in mind I was a naive 19 year old at the time. So I just figured I was out the money. Fast forward a couple of years later, I had a really really bad bout of cystic acne, and out of desperation I returned to this practice to see if their laser treatment could help me, since I still had a remaining balance that I had paid in cash, and I saw one of their advertisements at my Drs office. Rather than actually do a consultation and help me, they did the laser treatment to use up the remaining balance that I had, and assured me it would help. It did not. It made it 10x worse, and left me with severe acne scarring that I have had to work hard to correct over the past couple of years. Luckily, I have not been back. When I finally got up the courage to call and tell them about my experience, they were dismissive and brushed me off. Such a waste of money and time. They were very nice when I was giving them my money but I just wish they would have had my best interests in mind. I felt taken advantage of and tricked.
