Incredible people!! Claire is probably the best injector I have found. She is knowledgeable, knows what to use.. doesn't do too much and is painless. I've been going to her for the past year, I cannot compliment her enough. Today I accidentally slept in and missed my appointment, she fit me in her busy schedule in the afternoon, and I was 15 min late (very bad day) she still went above and beyond... I didn't deserve a thing and they never came across with attitude (that I totally deserved) they juggled their appointments, Kept their composure and were so professional. Received botox from Dr Molly Mears. She told me to call in 2 weeks if it needed to be touched up, if my brows were drooping etc. I called at 2 weeks and the office manager told me I'd have to pay for the touch up. I've gotten Botox several times, and have never had to pay for a touch up. I don't know if they're using watered down product, but after 5 weeks (it takes 2 weeks to set in), my forehead is already looking like it did at 2 weeks. Botox is supposed to last about 3 months. After 5 weeks (3 of really having it set in) it's already wearing off. Don't tell your clients you'll touch it up, if you plan on charging them full price for it. read more

I had laser hair removal on my lower legs and was so pleased with the results I returned to have my upper legs done. I'm on like my fourth treatment of my upper legs & it is going very well. I would definitely recommend getting a numbing cream from the dermatologist on staff to make the process much more comfortable. Both my daughter and I have been coming here for a year. Whitney is wonderful. She has been doing our laser treatments. We first had gone to a consultation at Ideal Image and I nearly died when they quoted us over $12,000 for laser hair removal! And immediately got us pre qualified and ready to start is that day. They were very pushy, calling weekly after our consultation to get us back in there. So I started to ask around at the spa I worked at and my aesthetician friends. That's how I ended up here. This place is ridiculous. I bought a groupon and upgraded to a full brazillian (for a lot more $). I had eleven treatments. Each time I went back I would tell the girl I wasn't seeing results and she said to wait. Well after almost 2 years, I just finished my last treatment and am very unsatisfied. I maybe have a 15% reduction in hair TOTAL. I asked if I could talk to the manager and she said she would have her call me. No call. I went in a second time to speak to the manager and still no response. I feel like I paid all that money for NOTHING. Horrible management and bad customer service. Would not recommend.!! read more

Staff is wonderful. Customer service from Office Manager Kate who did not honor a product that was sold is the reason for the poor review. Buyer beware when you purchase an item from this establishment you won't be protected. I was just exchanging a lotion (not asking for money back - just an exchange for a product for $40) due to the fact is was defective. They would rather lose a long time customer than to stand by their products. It's a shame because now I have to find a new establishment to give my business. read more

This place is a joke. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. Well, I should have just sent them a check, their laser didn't even work. Next, I saw an ad for Buy One, Get One Free for the Obagi product. I usually purchase this from Dr. Urry's office in Bountiful (which is amazing BTW) for $230. But when I saw the advertised special at Enlighten, I decided to purchase it from them instead. What a ripoff. They are charging $411 for the exact same product. I purchased a Groupon deal at this business. They told me they couldn't honor two separate deals because they only allow one voucher per person. Each completely separate deal for different services said 1 per person, not one voucher per person. Why put two separate deals up, if a customer can purchase two, but only one will be honored. (I read the fine print, and it said nothing about one voucher per person.) I purchased two DIFFERENT deals, and they would not honor both of them. As I was dealing with them, they were very rude, abrupt, unprofessional. When I called to make the appointments they acted like I was putting them out so much. Why sell coupons if it is such a big hassle and you aren't going to treat customers well? All they are doing is setting themselves up for some very bad advertising because their service is so awful. I hope word spreads that this business is awful to work with. Avoid them! I called Groupon to get a refund for both deals because I did not want to do business with them at all. Terrible! Stay away!!! Please read reviews before you give them your business. Also, I would like to mention that I am NOT a disgruntled, former employee. Their turnover rate is high at this establishment and after mentioning that at my last visit to the office manager, Chris, he said "it's hard to keep beauty school dropouts happy". Ouch. No wonder these girls don't want to work for someone like that. The facility is nice, but falling apart. I have gone to enlighten for botox and cool sculpting. The botox worked great the first time, but the 2 times after that I believe the solution was diluted or they didn't give me all that I paid for. Supposedly, your body requires less botox as you go on, not more! Chris is condescending and rude. I have only spoken to him twice, but he was not friendly or nice either time. He made me feel like I was a nuisance. I am new to these procedures so I had a lot of questions. Cool sculpting was cheaper here than anywhere else I looked, so that is why I came here. It did NOT work for me at all! I had it done on my lower belly and it looks exactly the same as it did before. I don't know if cool sculpting doesn't work or if this business just didn't know how to do it properly. I believe this company is only in it for the money and I would NEVER recommend it to anybody. I wish I had read reviews before I gave them my hard earned money! I will NEVER go back. My friend goes to Gateway Laser and loves it. I will definitely be trying them out. read more

Enlighten laser has HORRIBLE customer service. I had an emergency and needed to cancel an appointment and they charged me a $25 fee yet they called to reschedule two of my appointments the day before the appointments. If I had not been in an 18 month contract I would not have continued going there. The results of the laser hair removal were not as promised. I still have to shave hair from my under arms. It's not peach fuzz, it's normal arm pit hair. Slightly more fine than the hair was before the treatment but I still have to SHAVE EVERYDAY. Look around and read reviews before decided on your the facility which you will have your laser hair removal done at. read more

SCAM ARTISTS. This place did not honor a deal on the laser hair removal to extend the number of sessions. In the first two sessions, if I purchased another service, which I did purchase three mole removals, they were to extend the laser hair sessions by six. When it came time to use the extended sessions, they said they didn't know what I was talking about and would not honor it. Also, I had them remove something on my face that I ended up having to go to a plastic surgeon to correct. This place is pretty bad. Both my husband and I have not seen much reduction in hair after many sessions. I suspect the good reviews are posted by staff. They do have a large staff. read more

I purchased a groupon to use at this business. They told me that they were booked far into the future for all coupon holders. So far in the future actually that the groupon would expire. They very rudely told me too bad, and that I would lose the money from the groupon. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. Why sell coupons if you don't intend to honor them? Check their Better Business Bureau Rating! I also purchased a groupon for 10 laser hair removal sessions, and felt that I didn't see results. I had 7 treatments before I unexpectedly moved out of state. Contacting management to renegotiate my contract was a total joke, and the manager/owner, Chris, was completely unprofessional with me ("Whining won't get you out of a contract" and "you're attacking me" are some examples of statements he used with me). I went to Enlighten to get bioidential hormones. I paid nearly $300 a month for 6 months. I couldn't afford it anymore so I asked my general physician about hormone therapy. I now pay $9 a month for nearly the same product. Enlighten also said I had a thyroid problem and prescribed meds for that. I was told to increase the dosage until I felt "jittery". I never felt "jittery" but I did have rapid heart rate and skyrocketing blood pressure. Their office said just to cut back on the dosage. After talking with my GP (and doing some internet research) about what happened, I found out that the dosage was dangerously high and I could have died from a heart attack. Enlighten's office never even called back to see if I was okay. Be VERY, VERY careful about going here. Your health does not seem to be their concern -- your wallet is. read more

I have had two visits to this clinic, each for botox. The first was great; went with a friend (we were treated at the same time) , the cost was very reasonable, and I was delighted with the results. I recently went back, this time on my own. Frankly, I don't think the doctor administered all the units I paid for, or else they were diluted or both. Really no signs of the injections immediately afterward (although I did feel a couple), and four days later not a sign at all of any result. Note that one f the agreements they have you sign says that "results will vary" and that if you go back the same charge will apply. Basically, I think I was cheated, and I can't see that I have any recourse... buyer beware. Take a friend who will be in the room with you if you go; that way you'll have a witness to the procedure and injections. read more

If you want to spend your money, and then be very unsatisfied with the results, including permanant damge, then, by all means go..I am suffering with permanant damage to my neck, due to incorrect and untrained technician. Dr. mears was negligent with my dosing of thyroid medication, and now I have neuropathy nerve damage, not to mention losing half of my hair, due to the side effects of testoserone, which was discovered by me. I had heart problems while a patient of hers, again,, due to the side effects of the vitamins she had me on. Again, I discovered this on my own. People with Hashimoto's disease can NOT HAVE iodine or zinc, both ot which were in the vitamins. This went on for months, until I finally went to another Dr..I also had trouble with my vision with the last botox I received. To make matters worse, they continued to charge me, even though I had stopped going due to these problems. This company should bbe shut down, or at the very least, invetigated. read more

I had laser hair removal done here (in my bikini area). I started noticing browning on some of my skin. They said it was normal pigmentation. I kept going to my appointments. I finished all my sessions (not happy with the results and now with this brown patch). The brown started growing and I thought that was odd because I had ended my sessions. I ended up at a dermatologist and was diagnosed with flat head warts!!! He said it is from them not cleaning their machines after use. YUCK! I am grossed out and mad that they said it was just pigmentation when it was them giving me warts! First, I am not happy with the results and second, YUCK! They gave me warts in my bikini area!! I've never had a wart in my life!!!! Don't let the fancy office fool you as it did me. I very much regret going there. read more

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had a family emergency last week and had to cancel my appointment for a massage. Today I went in for another procedure and was told "if you don't pay the late fee, we cant treat you." They also informed me that due to the fact I didn't cancel within their 24 hour notice policy I would have to pay the late fee. I even spoke with the office manager and she held tight to their policy. I can only assume you will be treated the same way in the event you frequent their establishment. I guess they make their living off late fees as well as the money they make off their friends and family discounts, they offer 50% off services but not for their loyal customers but for friends and family of their loyal customers. I'm gonna finish up the 7 services I;ve paid for and NEVER frequent their establishment again. Hopefully after reading this you won't either. read more
