Fantastic Salon! Was a walk-in client for a haircut, which can sometimes be risky! But, i was thoroughly impressed with the service and the stylist i had. The owner, cute Vicki, took me back right away, and spent a good amount of time making my hair match the picture I brought in! I have very thick hair, so it can be tricky to get it to sit right. She thinned and razored it until I thought it felt good. She told me that if I needed to come in with any issues later, to stop by. Once I did my hair the next day, I could tell that I needed some more bulk taken outl! I felt bad stopping in again, but the offer was extended, so I did. However, when I went back the next day, Vicki was not there. I explained the problem I was having, and that I needed more razoring done. Without hesitation Monique, took me back within a few minutes and spent over 20 min texturing my hair!! Once she was done, it was perfect! She made sure that it felt ok, and that I was happy with it. I went to the counter to pay, and she insisted that I not!!! Amazing customer service!! I will no longer be a walk in, but a new "make an appointment" customer!! A couple weeks ago I went somewhere else and had hair extensions put in my hair. They were awful! They used tape extensions that kept falling out and were so hard to hide that I felt like I could not go out in public without being super self conscious. I finally had enough and on a recommendation of a friend called Monique. She took care of me and made me look amazing! My new extensions are super secure, I am confident that they are not going anywhere and now I can even pull it in a ponytail without worrying about the extensions showing. These are night and day difference from the ones I had previously. Her technique is so much better. This stylist has been doing extensions for a very long time and it is obvious in her skills and how quick she is. The salon is also really nice and all the stylists were very welcoming. I used to own a salon in Bountiful and was very puzzled by the fact that several of my stylists were going to another salon to have their hair extensions done. These extensions looked so natural that I didn't even realize a couple of my stylists even had them until they were all talking about them one day. So of course, I had to have some too. I felt a little weird at first, being a salon owner and going to another salon, but then I realized that great restaurant owners eat at other restaurants, right? If someone is the best at something, that is the someone I want to go to. Monique is that someone. In all the years of being in this industry, I have never seen anyone as talented as her with hair extensions. I would like everyone to know that Sandy at Tonsorial is the best hairdresser I know! She also makes my natural eyelashes look long and lovely without any mascara! I love them!! she does a wonderful job with my hair color, cuts, and anything else I may need. I'm always comfortable in her chair and trust her expertise and professionalism. I moved away and tried a few other people, but my hair was ruined, so I make the special 20-30 minute drive to Tonsorial just to see Sandy. I LOVE THIS SALON! I just moved here from California and I've been dying to find a good hair salon. I honestly felt like family as soon as I walked in, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had my grey roots covered and a few highlights put in, I am absolutely in love with the color job and cut. It's reasonably priced and they made sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend going here, they offer other services as well. I am sending my husband back for a shave and cut, they have a barber working there as well. read more

I finally have the hair I have always wanted. Hair extensions are the bomb.com! Why have I not done this sooner? I did extensive research to find the best place for extensions and my research definitely paid off. The hair stylists at this salon were so helpful and excited for my transformation. Also, very happy with my color, my stylist matched my highlights perfectly and then matched the extension hair so perfect it is impossible to tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin. I recently went to this salon for the first time after another salon royally screwed up my color. I was in tears for days when I got up the courage to trust someone else with my hair. On a recommendation from a trusted friend I went in to this salon and they SAVED ME! I really thought there was no hope for my hair but it looks amazing. I love this salon! I have been getting cuts and colors here for a while but I decided to get hair extensions so I could pull my hair up this summer and not look like a 4 year old. I love them! I have had so many compliments on them. Everyone is always so friendly and they now have a barber apprentice! I brought my husband in for a cut and shave- he's a fan now and goes more often than me! After calling several places to get a keratin treatment (Brazilian Blowout) I settled on this salon because they had a first time special. It was such a good price before the special that I definitely will be going back from now on. My previous stylist stopped doing them and I can't live without them. I took my daughter to get hair extensions from Monique and they are absolutely beautiful! I can't believe how natural they look and my daughter is so happy. The hair is so soft and you can not tell at all that they are extensions. The hair matches perfectly and looks like it is hers. The process was a lot easier and quicker than I imagined.
