I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. They like to change times and send you a last minute text with a new time. The late fee inorder to reschedule was $240. The amount they made up that it would have cost to get my hair done. Matt or Mark told me he would do a partial color and only charge me two $30. Late fees in addition to the cost of color. I do understand that their time is money so maybe they should quit changing times without a phone call to the customer. The late fee is ridiculous. If you don't want customers, Matt/Mike just let us know. You're not the only salon. My other stylist has been messaging.
