OK people pay attention! This place is clean! They do a good job for example when you get gel nails they don't just grind down your cuticles they soak them and they cut them with cuticle nippers. They take their time. Mostly it's just like a regular nail shop except it's clean as heck which is quite abnormal from my experience most places they just reuse the same stuff on everybody and here in fact they may do the same thing with a nail file but I could see the autoclave in the back, and frankly I don't care because they can paint perfect lines and they take their time I hate it when I get a gel manicure with ragged cuticles and they never do that, it's perfect. 100% recommend this place is so awesome you're gonna love it! read more

I'm late in posting this review (it was July 2, 2025, when I came for a mani and pedi) but potential customers need to know about harmful practices here! When booking my appointment, I made the mistake of not remembering that I had builder gel on my nails that needed removal/replacement. Lin reprimanded me for not disclosing this, saying she didn't "have time" to remove the builder gel once she saw my nails. To my shock and horror, Lin began shoving a metal file between the builder gel and my real nail, to pop off the gel. When I told her that it hurt, she apologized and again told me she didn't have time for removal. I'm not an expert, but I do know that shoving a metal file under the gel is harmful to real nails and goes against standard practices. read more

I wanted to be excited about this place due to the good reviews. Maybe it's just an off day ‍ The nail salon itself is cute enough. The lady who took me didn't ask me anything I would normally be asked (how's the water, how's the shape, ect). She couldn't do any kind of design, which is fine, I get it. She basically wasn't friendly and inviting at all. The part that has me particularly upset is that she took her tray from where she had just been doing a pedicure, pulled it over to where I was and used the same tools that she used on the other lady. She literally dipped her tool in the DIRTY foot water, shook it off and put it back. After finishing my feet, she did the same dip and shake method and then put the tray away. Basically over here praying I don't get some flesh eating foot fungus. I'm just really not impressed and I'm honestly shocked at their LACK of disinfecting and cleanliness and for that I won't be back. Let me start off with.. I've been now 3 times to this location. 1st it's super close to me and I can walk there - 2nd saves me time and I'm a person who is on a time schedule. I made my appointment - 4:30pm. I get a call at 3:32- asking me if I could come at 4 vs 4:30. I get there... immediately-- the ladies whom in my previous experience recognized me.. and started to talk about me in their language - laughing starring at you.. ‍ the main lady proceeded to place me in the pedicure chair.. I'm not soaking for 25 min - it's now 4:30 one lady says to me.. "I'll be with you" i asked .. "so, you will be doing my pedicure..." she says "yes I do for you" then they starting whispering and I said. "Well, I hope you're better than her and her cause she's always having to fix it.. or they cut your nails so short there is nothing you can do once they are cut so short. From my previous experience I specifically said "NO GEL ON MY TOES" they DONT LISTEN!!!!! I've been with gel toes so that's the main reason why I went back a 3rd time for them to fix their previous mistakes. Anyways, still soaking the owner or the manager proceeded to come whisper to the lady who told me.. "I do for you" that's when I thought it was really super unprofessional - so I called another place while I'm still soaking in water... 30 min now.. I left that place with my feet wet - anything is better than the way these rude as f woman treat another woman speaking in a different language. THIS PLACE! Period! Never again. The only one that does their job thoroughly is the one who speaks decent English to answer the phone. My time is valuable so when my time is now having to deal with BS it's time to share my experience. Save your money & TIME! read more

I have been going here since we moved to Bountiful last summer. It's my favorite salon around by far. My nails always look great and they LAST for so long! I usually only go once a month and get a fill and gel pedicure (though the gel pedi can last a good 6 weeks). I always call and schedule an appointment because they do get very busy and I avoid going on Saturday's. I usually request Emmy because she is so sweet and a total perfectionist. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Manicure was first. She pulled out the nail clippers from a drawer. They weren't sanitized. When she was done with them she put them back in the drawer. First time here. My nail tech was Emmy, she was friendly but her work was rushed. Seemed like she was trying to go fast because new customers came in. I felt like the quality of the gel nails are not as great as other places. It didn't look as shiny and the coat was uneven on a couple fingers. My friend had a different tech and I think hers did a better job but I missed her name. The manicure itself was fair but definitely not as thorough. The biggest concern I have is the nail station I sat at was not clean. I could see a layer of nail dust. It made me question if the tools are properly sanitized. I don't think the nail file used on me was new, everything was just pulled out of a drawer. The gel mani was $25 and came with a hand wax plus quick hand massage. Definitely cheap compared to SLC but I won't be coming back. read more

I did a mani and pedi and both were very rushed, even with the salon being empty.. there was only one other women.
