Went in for a pedi with a friend who had been to them in the past and loved them. It was quite a drive since we are both in Ogden. My understanding is that ownership has changed hands since my friend was in last. I choose the $42 packet. The work was great the finished nails looked good. But when I went to pay they told me it was $62 no tip included. When I questioned it she mentioned something about hot towels and rocks were used. I thought it was included because I didn't ask for anything other than the $42 package. I didn't get French nails or anything special. So with tip included it was $72. I feel if I am missing something then it was not communicated to me. I will not be back. read more

We went here for years and years and then after it got sold, it was not impressive. They don't honor requests, they charged my daughter's card twice, and it was an utter nightmare for her to get that money back. My gel manicure is beautiful with my engagement ring and made it picture perfect for the proposal! Lisa was kind and knew what she was doing. On Saturday I was a walk in and they had an opening right away. I selected the deluxe pedicure with gel polish. They used a cheese grater object on my feet. This product did not remove my callouses. The technician cut the skin on my heal. They were kind enough to find me a band aide after I asked for one. I would not recommend this business for any of their services. FYI I was also charged full price for the pedicure. I understand that they need to be paid for their time and work. I do not agree with how they handled the situation. read more

Well, my pedicure was okay, the lady scraped my skin off using a dry sponge. I feel like I have rug burn under my feet. Massage wasn't great either. Rushing Needed a fill and she literally drilled into my real nail and I said ouch a couple times with no empathy from her. She then decided to take my fake nails off and do dip, but I like my nails to be long. Oh and I still have acrylic left on each of my nails. I also wanted a coffin shape on my natural nails but they are square and no cuticles pulled back. read more

This place used to have nice lady workers. The guy who took my manicure didn't do a great job . He keeps hitting my hand skin with the nail file and hit my thumb twice with the tip of the cuticle remover tool. He needs to control his hand movements. My nails show cuticles not trimmed. I went here for mani pedis as a bridesmaid for my sister's upcoming wedding and it was really nice. The chairs are large and the massage feature was heavenly! They had a very broad selection of nail polishes, all in high-end brands. I'd definitely recommend the warm wax treatment! I did call to make an appointment for the five of us a couple weeks ago, but it wasn't terribly busy and they had a couple walk-ins while we were there, so I wouldn't worry too much about pre-booking if your group isn't big. read more

First time visit and definitely not the last! It was a sunny day on a Sunday and wanted to treat myself and my cousin to a Mani/Pedi. Called around at the end of the day so I knew they were going to be closing soon. They were able to schedule us in and the wait was not long. Tina and Mariah were really incredibly with not making us feel rushed even though we all knew they were closing soon. Pedicures were great! I am new to the Bountiful area, me and a friend tried out this salon. The prices are decent so we had not tried another salon yet although they're done really thin, and almost always chip. I've never had them look rather consistent in shape either. After my last visit I went to get a fill, had a few missing since they chip after a week I noticed a darker spot on one of them after the nail tech had been inspecting it since she didn't say anything I didn't think much of it, I thought maybe it could be a fill line since I had filled them a few times. Well with the red nail polish I could still see the spot and with in a week the spot grew larger and darker! I took the nail off and had a huge spot of fungus underneath! I took my sister to get her nails done for her birthday last week and I was sorely disappointed. We both showed the nail artists the same photos, and the lady doing my nails did them a different color than what I told her I wanted, and then the flower I wanted looked like fireworks rather than the bubbly flower I wanted just at the tip. Liz's Nail Salon was eh. It was just about the least welcoming nail place I've ever been to. Instead of feeling "pampered", I felt like just another person walking in and out of the store. My pedicure was again, ok, but every part from the massage to the cuticle clipping, to the filing was just average. I felt like my nail tech, Nancy, was just going through the motions. I chose the basic $25 dollar pedicure and then was ridiculed and was told that option was "no good". Well, why have it on the menu then?! I had to go back and edit my review to give her 1 star instead of my original 3 stars because after I told her 3 times I wanted to take my shellac off and get a manicure, she stops mid-buffing to tell me 5 different times it will be $5 more to take the shellac off. I understand that lady, can you please just give me a manicure? I understand I have to pay. Then she had the audacity to laugh in my face with disbelief. Getting a pedi here used to be such a nice experience, but here's how I feel when I go in now. Hi I'd like a pedi, and I'm so sorry you will have to do this horrible thing by working on my feet.... Not that there is anything wrong with my feet, but you seem to despise doing this. And please make sure you put me in the old worn out massage chair. Then grind on me to buy the most expensive pedi, when all I wanted was just the basic, which I apologize for. Also I won't need to watch your TV while you "cheese grate" my feet with disgust. So yes turn them off. They make Great Wall decorations and I'm sure you save money buy not letting anyone watch them! I hope you can race though my pedi so you have time to go relax in a "good" massage chair and get back on your phone! read more

This place is so horrible. I've gone here 4 times now and every time they always mess up! They made my nails way to long at first, didn't even make sure that all the nails were the same length and size and everything, they DIDN'T take off my old acrylic before putting on a new set when I even asked for a NEW SET (all because it's easier on the employees), I told them purple 5 times and they put pink on my nails instead of the purple and they put gold on instead of the orange that I asked for 5 times as well. They don't have labels on any of their stuff that they use on you and they over charge. I really do NOT recommend this place to anyone. And I don't care if "it's easier on you" because it's what the customer wants, NOT what you want or what you easier. Wast of my damn time and money. read more

They never quote an accurate amount of time for how long it will be until they can get you in. Even if you make an appointment, they will not honor the time. It is very frustrating. I just went in there for my appointment, and they said it would be 45 more minutes. So I left and came back 30 minutes later, hoping maybe they were running a little ahead. Came in at 3:20pm on a Sunday for two pedicures. We were told 20 minutes max wait time. We waited an hour before we were even seated. Once seated they set my mother's tub to fill up and walked away. The tub overflowed and dumped into my moms purse that had been set on the ground. Still no one noticed, we had to yell for someone's attention. They said sorry and moved onto other things. I wanted to like this place. I went less than two weeks ago for the first time. Everyone was nice but I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The nail polish for both have started peeling. They even drilled my nails with their electric file for a manicure. Today I spent the afternoon removing what's left of my manicure and it's pretty annoying. DO NOT GET THE HOT STONE PEDI. I come here every other week for my shellac manicures mainly because I live just a few minutes away. For the most part they do a pretty good job but once in awhile you get someone that takes forever and your nails chip within a few days so I would recommend finding someone you like and sticking with them. Not my favorite place. Nancy wasn't very responsive to any questions, concerns, or requests. She put down every statement I made. She tried to explain why nail polish was on my cuticles and missing on part of nails as well on my skin. She insisted that it was normal, which I know for a fact it is not as I get my nails done every other week elsewhere. I will not be returning. They don't have any concern about clients and as a client based business they should listen, not argue and tell you that you are incorrect and don't know what you are talking about.
