it's a nope for me. i really wanted to like it there. went to get my nails filled and a pedicure ... twice. both times, i was told to come back another time for a pedicure so they could help other customers. i left with blood blisters on my finger and thumb, jagged nails, no base coat was applied and cuticles were not trimmed ... because justin was again in a rush to help other customers. last i checked, my money has the same value as anyone else's. i really did want to like this nail salon but i can't go back. quality brings quantity justin. read more

I love going here, they are absolutely sweet and caring and making sure you are satisfied with your services. I found my new nail place.

Popped in just before 7pm for 2 pedicures and they told us they were closed. Their lights were on, the online site said they closed at 7:30, as did their door, but they promptly turned off their light after we walked out the door. I will also mention that one of the two people working was asleep on a table in the wax room and popped up all shocked and upset that someone had come in. We wouldn't even entertain returning after such rude service! read more

Honestly, the worst pedicure I've ever had....Everything felt rushed! The staff was super unfriendly and my pedicure was done in 15 minutes.. I went with a friend and her pedicure took longer than mine. The second mine was complete the lady demanded that I put on my shoes and she immediately started cleaning up my station. Typically, when I go with a friend, I'm allowed to remain in the chair until theirs is complete.....so now I'm sitting on the couch at the entrance until she's done.....We were the only two in the store the entire time... Not a good experience. The technician was rough and kept yanking my arm as if I was moving it or adjusting my hand as if I put it in a weird position. No, that was the technician holding my hand. The technician also kept pushing my skin away from my nail, skin that is attached! Ouch! I've had acrylics for a while, but came in to have an old set redone. The acrylic nails I had done this time don't feel like they are properly attached to my nails at all. I fully expect them to pop off if I hit them wrong. They just plain feel weird. Bottom line, I won't be returning. Ever. And I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My nails ended up looking pretty good. I told the man I wanted round nails which he didn't really do, but I didn't care because they looked fine. That being said, the customer service here was seriously awful. The male worker did my nails. He did not say a word to me basically the entire time and he kept yanking on my arms and forcefully repositioning my hands. I could tell he was getting frustrated because I wasn't putting my hands exactly how he wanted I guess? He didn't voice it at all though. He also filed my skin so hard it made my fingers bleed. Also while I was walking out, one of the woman workers threw up right on the floor in front of me, getting vomit on my shoes, and no one apologized or said anything about it. Very strange experience. I want to love this place because it is so close to my house (and Jennifer does a lovely full set), but both of the other technicians are rude. The male technician (if he is not sleeping in the back) is SO RUDE and abusive during services. I had a pedicure from him once and he slammed my foot down really hard a couple of times, mouthing off like he was annoyed with me or was saying something about me. When doing my full set, he yanked my arms super hard every time he needed me to change position (without saying a word to me). The fact that this is tolerated is INSANE. This needs to be reported to the appropriate city/county advisor. read more

I got a full set of acrylic nails. I didn't have an appointment but I got sat no longer than 5 minutes of be being there. Overall I am very pleased with my nails and experience. My technician was a younger girl, very nice and gentle. My only complaint was that she kept pushing my skin away from my nail which kind of hurt but it was to file them. the man that did my acrylics was very rough with it, and by that I mean 4 of my fingers were bleeding as he continued to file. It hurt soooo bad because he was also squeezing my fingers into place. I didnt complain because I was honestly scared of him he looked mean. He was also coughing and sneezing right in front of me and with the Coronavirus around it was unsettling. went there few times since they did 30% for few months. I did acrylic. Everything was fine till I was decided to remove acrylic. They have NO clue about how to remove acrylic. Male technician did my nail and he just chop fake nails with nipper. I had no clue about how to remove nails so I was just seating there, but in the end he makes my nail bleeding. I had acrylic to stop my biting habit and have long nail, but they just 'chop off' fake nail and real nail together, there wasn't much things left. They do good job, but don't remove your nails form here. read more

My mom and I were so pleased with our manicures and pedicures at Bountiful Nails! (Both mani and pedi were $30 total.) The nail technicians were talented and efficient. The salon is spotless, with comfortable spa chairs (especially if you're tall). We didn't have a reservation, and were able to both begin soaking our feet within 5 minutes of arriving at 5:30pm. The quality of massage and nail preparation surpassed any I've seen in the greater Salt Lake City area. My regular (non-shellac) manicure lasted over a week, and my pedicure still looks perfect after two weeks. read more

These guys give, hands-down, the best pedicures I've ever had! (Especially when Lee does it!) I've been to 5 salons in Bountiful while living there and probably at least 50 different nail places in my life given all of the places I've moved to, and this place is the best. They are modestly priced, very thorough, clean, and my feet honestly feel like baby feet when I leave. I now live in South Jordan but they are so good, I feel like it is a waste of money to go anywhere else so I drive all the way to Bountiful when I need one. My friend wanted to take me to get a pedicure for my birthday so I insisted we go up there. At first she thought I was crazy for wanting to go so far for a pedicure (seeing how we had to drive past so many nail places to get there) but then after we were done she was raving about how amazing they are and that she's never had a better pedicure and she totally gets why I wanted to go up there. She now drives up from Riverton when she wants a pedicure and we have another friend who will go up from American Fork. Sounds crazy to drive so far for a pedicure, but I tell you, my feet have never been in better shape! I love this place! read more

I came to this place about 2 years ago and loved my pedicure. I was so impressed and I was treated so well. My boyfriend and I came in today for a pedicure. We were quickly seated so that was great but the guy didn't let my feet soak 10 second before he started cutting my dead skin and I have to add he was very rough. On the other hand my boyfriend was taken care of by a women and she was so gentle and kept asking him if everything was okay. Over all it was an okay pedicure but my feet do feel very soft. I don't think I would go back for 40 bucks, but if you decide to go I would suggest not going to the man. read more

This was the WORST customer experience I have EVER had. The MALE technician did an awful job. And that's putting it lightly. Not only did he butcher my nails, but he was disrespectful and very rough. He was using the drill on my skin (not just the nail) and everytime he needed me to switch hands, he would yank my whole arm as hard as he could. I feel completely disrespected. ALSO.. The pricing clearly states online that to do a full set with gel polish is $35. I even made sure of this when I walked in. The woman in the front reassured me of the pricing stated on their website and the wall of the salon. My sister and I both got a full set with gel polish, I was assuming the cost would $70. They ended up charging me $85. FOR NO REASON. I then proceeded to ask her what the extra cost was for, reminding her of the online prices and that SHE had told me when I walked in that it would $35 each. She then told me "I NEVER SAID THAT". I argued back and forth for a moment as she told me that never happened, and I wanted to leave so badly that I just finally gave in. P.S. My nails look so bad and he left glue and dried polish all over my hands, that I had to go to a new salon (IVY NAILS) to get them fixed. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. read more
