We came here by accident and we were so pleasantly surprised! The place itself is very cute. The outside is very inconspicuous and you wouldn't even know it was there she to bad signage. But inside is very cute and decorated well. The basins are plastic wrapped and the tools and pumice stones are individually wrapped like you'd see in a dentist office. I was very impressed. Best nail place in the valley! I love getting designs on my nails here! They're all very talented, every single time I've been here I'm impressed at how it somehow looks better than my reference photo. Also very fairly priced and I'm always in and out super quick. We came in on a Sunday and the guy who did my moms nails was so aggressive and caused her to bleed during the manicure. I've had good experiences here before but those staff members are gone. The guys who did my moms nails sat down with my mom & I breathed a sigh of relief because I didn't want him to touch my nails.. i figured maybe he's better at hands because he is the same person who did my toes the last time I came for a pedicure and I got an infection from my cut up cuticles. We got pedicures one morning, and I got my nails painted to match my toes. Later that night, when I took my shoes off, they had painted my toes and fingers different colors. Ugh. I had to go back the next morning and wait...and they finally repainted my nails the correct color. Also...make sure they massage you for the amount of time you pay for!! I timed it...I paid for my boyfriend and I to have 15 minutes of massage...we got less than 10 minutes. We were kindly greeted and they made sweet accommodations for her little boy who was with us. Great color selection for normal polishes and gel. Our pedicures were so nice and well done. The kind staff often checked in with us to see if we were happy with the cut and color. The warm towels and massage felt wonderful. The smells of the lotions and our treatment reminded me of being in a spa. We were able to add manicures without any trouble. It was such a relaxing experience and we love our nails! This one there's only two of these that are coffin shaped. I'm so disappointed and will never go back. I get that they wanted to close but there's in a hurry and then there's reckless in a hurry. Never ever tip less than $10 and I always make an appointment in advance. I have to lean far over to the table where my nails are hanging over on the nail artists side of the table and when I don't do exactly what they want they talk to me like I'm 4 years old. Then to top it all off they turn to the person beside me and attempts to gaslight me and tell that person next to me who's not even with me what I'm doing wrong. I will never go back there again. I always come here for my spa pedicures but hadn't done a manicure in a long while. I checked out some of the gallery manicures in their website, saw one I loved and came in. I did the dipping powder in an ombré style with some fun sparkle on my ring finger and I LOVE it. Plus, they are extremely efficient and very helpful nail technicians. I just got my manicure done for the first time at Ali Nails. I had them remove my gel and do a powder dip. I'm so happy with how it looks. The shaping is so smooth and even. Every nail is perfect and they took the time to detail every edge and cuticle so there are no smudges or residue. My nail tech made sure I was happy with the shape and color. He works like a meticulous artist! They just opened two weeks ago and everything is so new and clean. It's a small, cozy space, and they are so nice and friendly here. It is not a very big salon, but the setting is very relaxing. I've been going to a different nail salon just one block away where they are not very friendly, they barely talk to you, and even if you have an appointment you wait forever to get in the chair. But the last 2 times have been terrible. My nails began lifting a week after getting them done. They would get caught on my hair and things alike throughout the day. It's already frustrating that their prices don't match what they have listed online. And by a lot. But to pay $60 for a full set or a fill and then have them falling apart a week in is just ridiculous. And on top of that, the last time I was constantly being reprimanded for not relaxing enough and having a crooked finger. After that, I won't be going back. I had the best experience here. I called late on a Saturday night (like 5:45) to see if they could get me in for a pedicure and they said to come at 6:30. I came and the place is not the fanciest but the people were so nice. I wanted a nice pedicure because my heals were so cracked. Nathan did an AMAZING job. They have the potential to do really good nails.... unless they are busy and start accepting walk-ins. They accept walk-ins and it defeats the purpose to make an appointment. My last set was done poorly because the person doing my nails was so busy taking care of other guests and answering the phones. He got up numerous times and I got switched between nails techs several times. I ended up with lumpy nails and a poor paint job. Also, BEWARE OF THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEM. If you select a percentage amount for a tip, the system rounds up and you end up tipping more than the percentage you selected. This is very shady to me. I recently noticed this as I was reviewing my credit card statement and wonder how much I have been overcharged over time. Will not go back. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my pedicure that was rushed. I have gel on and the woman didn't even take the previous gel off all the way, I had to ask her to take it off and she still didn't get it off. She painted my gel and there was a ton of polish on my skin. You could see through the color and it was already lifting. I came back in after going to my bar and the guy said "do you want them fixed or your just here to tell us we did a bad job?" I waited and the owner ( I think) tried to fix them and just filed the top layer and painted over them. She kept telling me that she was happy I said something. After being there for over an hour and a half I just wanted to leave. I got back in the car and the gel is already lifting again. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place again. read more

I'm new to the location and never been here and was not directed to the location of the sink. I was put in a chair, and started the soaking process and she asked where my polish was? So, I was hesitant to come out because this place was previously Kimly Nails, which was AWFUL. When I walked in, I was assured that they have no affiliation with the previous owners and they worked very hard to change EVERYTHING; and let me tell you, IT SHOWS! The place is gorgeous!!!! The staff was extremely friendly. I am very picky about my nails and pedicure. But I've never seen a place with such a wide variety of dipping powder selection and gel colors. The pedicure experience was nothing like I'd experienced before. You get to pick your "Pedi in a box" scent before they begin. All of their pedi equipment is one time use only, including the liners. As for the pedicure itself, absolutely delightful. I've had about 300 mani-pedis in the last 8 years. This is the best pedicure I've ever had. Usually, people are afraid to clip the skin around my big toe (I have a problem with picking at this at home), so I always have to tell people it's ok to. Of course, I had to tell this guy, but usually people are still apprehensive and barely do it. Not this guy! He went IN! It was SOOOOO nice. My toes look gorgeous! I usually don't send pics of my feet, but you bet your bottom dollar I sent pics of my feet to my friends lol As for the gel fill, she cut and reshaped my nails to my liking. Every time I go in for a fill or full set, I have imagined my nails a certain way. From time to time, they are spot on. But here, she NAILED it! My nails look so beautiful and perfect. When I walked around the office to show off my pedi and nails, one of the girls commented on how clean my nails looked. I'm VERY pleased and will be returning without a doubt. Ali's was a pleasant alternative with Specialized treatment, kind staff, inviting ambiance, aromatic botanical ingredients and a variety of quality polishes, powders, and colors. Sully and her partner have a great career ahead of them with the quality service they provide. They were expert technicians and committed to gentle detail, removing all my cuticles without any pain and even redoing a gel application after noticing a bubble I didn't realize emerged.
