I have had typically really good experiences at this salon. Everyone I've had up until today has been super incredible and nice. I have been going to this salon for a few years. Today I got Vinh. He's been at the salon for a while but he's never done my toes. The pedicure went good until the very end. He finished up my toes and I realized I didn't remember him giving me a foot massage. So I asked if the pedicure came on with a foot massage. Vinh said very loud & rudely "You talk to much! Were you sleeping through the entire pedicure? I gave you a massage 5 minutes each!" This place was so clean! And the ladies treated us so great! They took me and my boyfriend as walk-ins right away just an hour before closing. These ladies were professional and fun! Mindy will have you giggling the entire time, Tina is a bit reserved, but always smiling and friendly. Kenzie (?) did my manicure, she's young and a little silly. Already hesitant to go to yet another nail salon. Sure enough, the lack of quality and skill is beyond me. $90 plus $20 tip - nipped, bled and pain. Not even a soak for my manicure, even after asking to trim the cuticles - "no no it fine" Im a full time working single mom and going to the salon is a big deal for me but I wanted to treat myself. Now the guilt of spending money I could have used towards my kids has been wasted and selfishly used by me. This aggravates me, I don't mind paying for a wonderful service but please don't steal from my kids. This was the only special thing I could do for myself. read more

My daughter and I have been here for pedi's and mani's three times and have been very pleased each time.

We had a great time at Gigi's! They were all very nice and did a great job on our pedicures. "Dr. Nail" was hilarious and so friendly!! It was the perfect girl's night out! They also did a great job with covid restrictions. Everyone wears a mask and they take your temperature before coming in! The place was very clean and we felt very safe. I have been a few times but I think today will be the last. Pros: always can get in for a fill. When using there gel colors they have a huge selection. Cons: the upcharge for gel is very high!!! You can wait forever even with an appt. After paying $15 for gel last time I decided to bring in my own color and top coat (even had the light if needed). The girl today was not interested in talking to me and kinda slow. She really didn't like when I pointed out there was a spot lifting. Fast forward half my nails look nice and smooth the other half look like there is no clear coat. (All off which was mine) I still got a $15 gel upcharge to use my own freaking stuff!!! When I asked I was told it didn't matter. With customer service like that I won't be back. Now I have to fix my own nails. read more

I texted and set an appointment and their COVID operation was superb. They took my temperature, made sure I washed my hands, and then had me checked-in. A few people came in without masks and the staff (Tiffany specifically) made sure to send them out of the store until they secured a mask. Tiffany was so amazing. She protected my nails, although it took more time than I had wished and she switched me to a different person. Tiffany really has her stuff together and is very knowledgeable about nails. I decided a little bit ago that I would start wearing nails again and decided to give this place of business (doesn't deserve to be called a salon) a try. When I got there everyone was sitting around waiting for the next victim to come in and by luck I got Kenzie. This girl is beyond amazing and has always made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. However, the owners and manager are some of the worst most unprofessional people I have ever met. One of the owners sits outside and chain smokes right at the door so it smells like he is smoking right next to you while you are getting your nails done. They don't clean ANYTHING in the salon. The reviews that say it is a clean friendly environment is an absolute lie. Kenzie was the only person that I ever saw wash her hands or clean her drill bits. They are extremely rude to everyone that they don't pretend to know when they walk in. They think it is okay and professional to yell at the nail techs in front of their customers. I will never be returning to this place, and I really hope the health department shuts them down before something really bad happens to someone. I am so happy that Kenize has left and can get out from underneath these terrible people. If you have been looking for where Kenzie is now and want to have someone that follows health code, you definitely need to dm (nailed_by_kenz) her. New owners of the old Stylish Nails. I was a little unhappy when I walked in 4 weeks ago to find that the woman who I'd trusted my nails to for years had sold and no old staff had stayed. The new owners were remodeling and the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. But, Thao, who did my acrylic fill, and her husband were friendly and I was happy with the fill. I decided to stay for a pedicure and was happy with the service. I returned today for an acrylic fill and, again, the place was empty so Thao helped me right away. She does a very good job, I like my nails to be thin with an arch and she shapes them very well. She's fast and has a soft touch, no painful bending of my fingers or wrist, or over filing, or cutting cuticles. She is also very sweet and doesn't chat too much. The prices are very reasonable. The new owners have updated everything including replacing the broken-down pedicure chairs. After two visits, I can recommend GiGi and Thao and look forward to my next visit. read more

I went in very excited based off of the nail photos and good reviews on yelp, only to come out with the worst nail experience of my life. I was cut by the nail artist with her scissors twice, she also filed onto my finger. She didn't even bother to push back my cuticles. My nail bed is in pain from the over filing as well. My nails were filed extremely crooked, and the color is uneven. This salon is still using the cheap translucent glue on tips to form nails. It hasn't even been 24 hours and one of my nails already broke from just putting on my shoe, that's how flimsy they are. At the end I even had to ask for some cuticle oil to be applied. I paid $50 for nails that feel cheaper than the press on nails from Walmart. I would love a refund if possible. read more

Came in for my monthly dip nail service today only to find out that my usual nail technician was no longer working there. She was literally the only reason I came to Gigi's because everyone else that had ever done my nails NEVER EVER did what I asked, nor did they have the amount of talent that she did. She was the only one that took the time necessary to give you a good experience and the only one that took pride in her work. She actually cleaned her tools and her station and her designs were always perfection. I watched them treat this nail technician so disrespectfully in front of customers multiple times so I can only imagine the crap they put her through behind closed doors. I WILL NOT COME BACK now that this nail tech is gone. Before she came I always left with mediocre nails, had my fingers cut by rushing nail techs that only cared about getting you in and out because they were ALWAYS over booked and behind, and if I complained about their mistakes, all I got was excuses or they acted like it was my fault?! They've even double booked my appointments before and didn't show any remorse when I had to reschedule. I also had to stop getting pedicures here because their dirty tools always gave me infections. Honestly I don't know how they're still in business with the hygiene corners they cut. I wasn't going to come back after these experiences but when they finally hired someone competent and talented I was so happy, but I guess they were so intimidated and jealous of her success that they decided to get rid of her, because there's no way she would've left on her own accord, she was too loyal and loving of her clients to leave on her own. Do not go here the best person they ever had is gone so it isn't worth it; I wouldn't trust anyone else that's still there with my nails, you'll probably end up at the doctors getting antibiotics to fix their mistakes. read more

Do not go here. I came in excited for a fun Halloween pedicure. I was met with a silence. My questions ignored. A very rough/scratchy massage. (So much so that I had to ask her to stop). I asked her at the beginning to not cut the corners of my big toe to which she agreed, then did it anyway. When I asked for a different shade of purple she ignored me. There was polish on the seat that got on my pants and when I kindly asked how to get it out she ignored me.
